Pros This software offers so much when it comes to transcribing. When I work, sometimes I need a professional service like Go Transcribe, which by the way, in technical words is great at it! One thing I like the most is the possibility to export the information in a PDF, it saves me a lot of work. Cons The only thing I would like is the possibility of making this software a little more accessible for everyone. Pros You can upload medical audio files from doctors and get back a transcribed document in just a few minutes. Its very accurate and i find just a few corrections i have to make. Professor Research Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Unprofessional and expensive translation " February 28, 2023 1.0 Pros We recently utilized the services of GoTranscript to translate an academic research survey into four languages, and the outcome was concerning. Upon reviewing the translations, we discovered that two of the languages had significantly different text compared to the original survey and also had contradictory meanings. When we contacted the sales representative at GoTranscript to request an improvement to the translations, she informed us that the translators they work with are unwilling to make any changes. Despite our concerns and the lack of acceptable translations, the sales representative refused to issue a refund. Pros i love the facts that is is always 90 percent right in all the transcriptions i have used it to do. this is my favorite transcription software and it does not take time to give me desired results. the fact that it also has the PDF function makes it a lo better that way i do not have to get a PDF reader in other to convert my document again. April 19, 2021 4.0 Go Transcribe helped me a lot during my work as a tutor. Go Transcribe converted the speech into text so quickly which helped me saved up a lot of time. Very easy tool to be used. I used to write the text by listening to the recordings tediously for long hours but now I can certainly rely on Go Transcribe. Pros It is an easy software to use. You do not need to be an expert in Information Technology to make full use of this software. Cons The only issue is that I have to use my laptop when using Go Transcribe. Easy to use and user-friendly interface made it straightforward for a non-tech person like me to use. The results were not 100% accurate but it transcribed interviews pretty well.
