### "A good product let down by poor admin and some strange interface choices"

On the whole, the quality of the product makes up for the odd interface design and poor admin.

Pros

The Horizon software does pretty much everything I would expect from a telephony system, and on the whole it is easy to use. Easy to work out what does what, and remote reboot of devices saves my legs.

Cons

The most recent interface colour change was awful Some of the options don't sit where you would think they should, so some of the interface design appears a bit disjointed. Gamma administration when you need them to do something in the back end is generally pretty poor - we have had to deal with lots of errors with billing, allocation, etc, which have taken months to resolve.
