We have been very happy with Brightspot. Our editors find it easy to use and our developers have had great success customizing it to meet our needs.

Pros

Powerful software that can be configured and customized to meet your needs. Extremely easy to use and intuitive.

Cons

The UI feels a little dated/clunky. The rich text editor could be more modern, like what you find with Google Docs. Some HTML doesn't work as expected.

Brightspot has a feature that allows me to schedule pages for publishing. It facilitates my work when I need to meet a deadline.

Cons

Sometimes I am not able to publish some pages or create the pages to look like the way our team wants. Brightspot doesn’t offer much support, so I need to figure it out myself.
