Not felt bored even after so many years of use. It is maintaining the level from years. Pros Now more tax areas and jurisdictions have been included under vertex. Now we also got the copilot option in vertex integrated itself so that AI can help in various ways. A quality value addition to vertex I would say. Cons Cache memory is now being stored for a longer period of time which results in a similar result even for different location id. It's not a big cons.
