My experience has been mostly positive. The learning curve is fast and logical, and it makes doing my job fairly easy.

Pros

It makes organizing my client's files and current cases easy. There is a place for most of the important information to be easily filed and viewed. It also makes having a process easy to implement.

Cons

It could be more customizable for each business' and department's needs or views. Data migration could also be smoother, especially between programs.

My overall experience with Litify is okay. Its not bad and not good. Everything new needs adjusting so its not that bad.

Pros

That it is faster to fill in the blanks. I am able to move quickly filling in information. Pretty good.

Cons

What i like least about litify is that it needs to move URLs into something that can be added by file name

Overall I think its a fairly manageable system that helps cases flow. I like how its very customizable and efficient.

Pros

I like the way the open cases list as they can be categorized by case stage. I think its a very customizable system with the ability efficiently practice management.

Cons

I would like Litify to improve on sub-catigorizing cases. Example: If we have a Vehicle or Personal Injury case. I would like to be able to categorize the defendant example; Geico, Liberty Mutual etc.

Pros

How easy it is to use! Super simple design and easy to navigate. I would recommend using the application to everyone that I know.

My overall experience with Litify is generally positive. Litify is the modern tool you need for your case management. It holds tremendous power for your firm.

Pros

I really like the Docrio add-in, as well as the overall appearance. There also was not a steep learning curve when our firm switched over systems. The "Conversations" box is also useful.

Cons

I wish that the most recent case note appeared on the Details page. Also, sometimes the sheer number of folders can be counterproductive.

I like it better than Filevine. Great for file sharing and saving previous versions of things. I would recommend to someone.

Pros

Very Easy to use and see the work that other people have done. It is a learning curve to understand it though.

Cons

Some of the mapping I struggle to find where it goes. When I am trying to find a lien or damage and the documents don't generate there. Or they don't let me copy from the intake folder. Or I think I am in the matter and somehow ended up in the Intake instead.

Difficult. Litify puts too much of a burden on the User to perform updates, etc. Too much of our time is used when trying to figure out whether or not an email pertains to our individual product. Our paralegals and case managers prefer Needles, which they have used at previous firms.

Pros

Not too much. Too many clicks to get to folders, etc. Too many emails from marketing, etc. which don't pertain to us.

Cons

Stoy Law has tried for several years to remove \[sensitive content hidden\] from your email bank. Unfortunately, we still receive emails addressed to \[sensitive content hidden\].

I'm not a fan. I think the product is too cumbersome. It slows me down. I don't find it particularly user friendly.

Pros

The searching capability is the best part of the program. I can find what I need relatively easily.

Cons

It takes too many steps to accomplish anything. Additionally, the cost is way out of line for our needs.
