"Experience with Litify. "

**Pros:** File management Variety of options to modify/handle a file once it's uploaded to Litify App is easy to use. Is easy to move files between matters The software interface is not difficult to learn/get used to and it's very self explanative.

**Cons:** The app tends to crash from time to time There a few, minimal occasions, where files tend to take more than expected to upload. When handling great batches of files, in terms of uploading them to the software, the app tends to get slower above 50+ files While not recurrent, it does appear some times that whenever you're adding a Party to a matter it gets duplicated by itself.

"Liking Litify and "

**Overall:** Overall Litify has been easy to use and learn, there are a few things that I liked better with the old program but Litify has proven to be useful and easy to navigate. I do like most being able to copy to companion cases.

**Pros:** I like that case management and file sharing is easy in Litify. We did come from another program so we moved some of the "matter plan" from the previous program which all didn't transfer well.

**Cons:** I do not like having to generate each document separately, I wish that we were able to click on more than document to generate at a time.
