October 25, 2017 5.0 Pros Salesforce ecosystem lays the foundation and the amazing Litify team builds the structure that, for the first time ever, provides an amazing, industry specific tailored platform that can do anything a law firm can dream to do... and more. This platform has the ability to completely change the industry from a technology and efficiency perspective; and that change, is desperately needed. Cons That I had to wait this long to get it. There are constantly improving the product as a young player in the industry. That being said, they communicate with their large and small clients, prioritize needs and have rolled out features faster than I could ever have imagined. I've been following them since before they launched and to have built a platform that already surpasses players that have been in the space for decades is incredible. I can't wait to see the features they continue to improve and build that I haven't even known I needed at this point. Review Source LB Louis B. The small things I would want to add dont really take away from the overall experience. Pros I love the ease of use as well as the modular building you can do. It's a great software with many things that help with streamlining case work. Cons The thing that always gets me is that not everything from Salesforce works through Litify. I was so used to SF that not being able to use some of the tried and true features in Litify was tough. Switched from [MerusCase](https://www.capterra.com/p/139979/MerusCase/) Litify offered more features we wanted. The only thing that Merus has over Litify is the direct connection to eams. I think speed could be a lot better and the capability to drag and drop documents within Litify (i.e. into the fax section or into another matter) as well as outside onto my desktop or an email. Pros It's very easy to use and collaborate with others on the case. The learning curve is fantastic for quick accurate training. The layout is pretty clear and leave little room for guessing. Cons The speed of the website seems as though everything is on a set of servers that are running out of space. Things are definitely slower than when I started a couple years ago. The colaboration with Banjax is the worst part becuase I can't tell if the document actually sent or if it just started processing. Review Source MV Mona V. File sharing and document management are easily accessible when working with a big team on the same assignment. Pros The ease of case management. Being able to see who on the team is working on the case. I enjoyed organizing a case, from discovery deadlines to contact information. Cons The info score and the lack of clarity about what affects it. It is definitely a learning curve, but once the score is up, it is very rewarding. It helps us maximize the usage of our time! Pros Easy to use, save and edit documents. Makes case management easy! I love how you can update a file to a new version to save on deleting older versions and/or having several versions in the file. Cons The overall look of Litify looks complicated however once you learn where each tab/option is, it is very easy to utilize. December 19, 2025 4.0 My overall experience with Litify is generally positive. Litify is the modern tool you need for your case management. It holds tremendous power for your firm. Pros I really like the Docrio add-in, as well as the overall appearance. There also was not a steep learning curve when our firm switched over systems. The "Conversations" box is also useful. Cons I wish that the most recent case note appeared on the Details page. Also, sometimes the sheer number of folders can be counterproductive. It has been an experience working with Litify. Pros Uploading Documents- I like the way we can just grab and drop the documents into Litify. I also like we can edit within Litify. Cons Calendar: You can't do a lot things within the calendar. It doesn't allow you to remove items or even highlight calendar entries. " December 11, 2025 5.0 I feel like using Litify definitely helps to be able to have all of the case information available in one place where anyone who needs to can access it. Pros I love how you can do everything from emails, document sharing, calendaring, expenses, etc. from within this program and everything is easily searchable. I really utilize the tasks tabs and reminders heavily to keep track of outstanding tasks. Cons I would like to be able to "clone" data from the details and party tabs to companion cases. Its Document Management through Docrio is pretty good and helpful, but some features can be improved. Pros Litify is an easy-to-use CRM that helps organize case information. As an admin, it is easy to create and customize objects, improving the time of development and increasing the total value for money. Their support team is responsive and consistently helpful, which makes a big difference when navigating the platform. One of their recent additions, DocuRio Email, is a great tool that effectively bridges Outlook and Litify, making email integration much smoother. However, the platform does have its drawbacks. The layout and interface can be unintuitive, often requiring multiple steps to accomplish simple tasks. This can slow down workflows and make routine processes feel more time-consuming than they should be. While the functionality is solid, there's definitely room for improvement in terms of user-friendliness and efficiency. Despite these challenges, Litify remains a powerful tool with excellent support, and its continuous development—like the release of new features—shows promise for the future. Pros Litify is so great to work with. Support is responsive and very helpful. They recently released a new product docrio email it is a great product to link emails from outlook to litify.
