### "Litify Overview"

We have had a good experience. The integration was very difficult but that was not due to Litify but was due to the organization that provided the integration services. The Litify rep that we have has gone above and beyond to help us. We are working with another support organization and things are looking much better. We are very much looking forward to 2026 and the new customizations that will make us even more efficient.

Pros

It is a powerful tool that can be customized. The case management/client management part of the software is very good and allows for the entire case to be organized through one system. The chat feature and task management enables teams to collaborate and always have the same information at their fingertips. Our customer service representatives and the customer support reps are top notch. Always willing to help and quick to respond.

Cons

Too much of the system must be customized especially when it comes to integration with other software such as Accounting Seed and NetDocs.

Would love to work in litify, it is one of the best case management tool for law firms. Can have multiple integrations.

Pros

Very easy to use, has a lot of useful Salesforce customisations which cater to all law firm needs. With docrio you can manage the documents easily.

Cons

Nothing as such. Learning curve will take time as there are alot of functionalities and automations.

### "Powerful, Just Needs Some Getting Used To"

My overall experience with Litify has been mostly positive. The platform is powerful and customizable, which has helped us streamline our workflows and reduce manual tasks. There is a learning curve, especially for users new to Salesforce, but once you get familiar with it, the system becomes much easier to use.

Pros

What I like most about Litify is how customizable it is! once you understand the structure, you can really shape it to match your workflows. The automation features help reduce a lot of manual work, and case management feels solid for day-to-day operations.

Cons

It is a bit expensive, and there’s definitely a learning curve, especially for users who are new to Salesforce, but it becomes easier with time.

I think the overall experience is that unless you have someone fully trained and experienced with Litify, the database isn't worth it. It's very expensive and many things are not accurate.

Pros

I like that everything is in one database. It is nice to be able to work on one screen and not have to click multiple tabs.

Cons

I liked least that the reporting is not accurate. The transition to Litify was extremely expensive and was not done properly causing many issues for the firm. There is no easy way to fix it. Just another expensive fix. Litify support does not offer actual help. They just offer another costly service to teach staff.

I like the organization of Litify, It's flexible as far as who can see/have access to what. I think speed could be a lot better and the capability to drag and drop documents within Litify (i.e. into the fax section or into another matter) as well as outside onto my desktop or an email.

Pros

It's very easy to use and collaborate with others on the case. The learning curve is fantastic for quick accurate training. The layout is pretty clear and leave little room for guessing.

Cons

The speed of the website seems as though everything is on a set of servers that are running out of space. Things are definitely slower than when I started a couple years ago. The colaboration with Banjax is the worst part becuase I can't tell if the document actually sent or if it just started processing.

Pros

The ability to customize our client matters is incredibly helpful. It allows us to create custom reports for our cases, like SOLs, medical record statuses, etc. It also allows us to report required status to our bank but customize the report to their required fields.

Cons

I think the Docrio feature for email saving to Litify matters needs a major update. There are times where I remove the docrio sync from an email for confidentiality reasons, and the emails still sync after the fact. It should stop syncing as soon as I unmark it from the outlook docrio add-in. In addition, the prices of licenses is painfully high!

### "Litify doesn't pay attention to customer requests"

Difficult. Litify puts too much of a burden on the User to perform updates, etc. Too much of our time is used when trying to figure out whether or not an email pertains to our individual product. Our paralegals and case managers prefer Needles, which they have used at previous firms.

Pros

Not too much. Too many clicks to get to folders, etc. Too many emails from marketing, etc. which don't pertain to us.

Cons

Stoy Law has tried for several years to remove \[sensitive content hidden\] from your email bank. Unfortunately, we still receive emails addressed to \[sensitive content hidden\].

Overall it's ok, it's between cool and sometimes not cool, I wish it would be easier to understand the activity timeline and the navigation within the case

Pros

Pros, I love the search column, I like the litify note tab I can create a note and chatter from that particular note. I love about this is from outlook message I have the option to post it to Litify without me need to cut and paste, also the spreadsheet for the expenses is also cool.

Cons

Cons: too many tabs open, the activity timeline is kinda confusing for me, the main chatter tab on the case is also confusing I could hardly find the note where it get posted from outlook to litify, I also don't like when I merge or created a letter the margin is not align or I can't even adjust it.

Pros

File management Variety of options to modify/handle a file once it's uploaded to Litify App is easy to use. Is easy to move files between matters The software interface is not difficult to learn/get used to and it's very self explanative.

Cons

The app tends to crash from time to time There a few, minimal occasions, where files tend to take more than expected to upload. When handling great batches of files, in terms of uploading them to the software, the app tends to get slower above 50+ files While not recurrent, it does appear some times that whenever you're adding a Party to a matter it gets duplicated by itself.

A very positive experience overall. I have worked with multiple platforms in the litigation field and find Litify to be the best of all of them.

Pros

Simple & Self Explanatory to use. Requires little training. Easy to maneuver between screens & tabs.

Cons

The search option in the log notes does not function easily. This is my only issue with the program and based on experience with other programs this is minimal.

Unfortunately, this results in the loss of all my carefully prepared content and text, which can be incredibly disheartening.

All in all, I think it's a good platform. I think there are features that could be improved or even added, but the good thing is that this can actually happen - implements are always coming out, and that makes the tool more and more efficient each day.

Pros

I don't have to open a lot of tabs to go to different sections of a matter. I also like the reports we can create/use, and the dashboard.

Cons

Some sections where we're supposed to attach documents need the link for the document instead of it being a searchable bar. A searchable bar is a lot more efficient than having to go after a link to the doc, then copy and past it to the location it needs to go to.

For the most part it has made case management more efficient. Document production, editing, converting and sharing are all very easy and something that I use very frequently and Litify makes that process seamless and quick.

Pros

It is user friendly and easy to navigate. I like that downloading files and sharing them with others internally and externally because it is convenient.

Cons

When there is an update or roll-out, other non updated features usually experience glitches or error messages.

Frustrating. It seems like ot would be a very handy tool. Butvit is not biilt for how Ibpractice and we it is not intuitive on how to adjust it to fit how we do things.

Pros

Everything in one place. Ease of looming up client email and phine numbers. Being able to save doctrio email.

Cons

The automatic case triggers. Cannot figure out how to make them fit our practice. Evertime a new intake converts to a matter, I gwt bombed woth 20 emails I just ignore.

I'm not a fan. I think the product is too cumbersome. It slows me down. I don't find it particularly user friendly.

Pros

The searching capability is the best part of the program. I can find what I need relatively easily.

Cons

It takes too many steps to accomplish anything. Additionally, the cost is way out of line for our needs.

Litify is an easy-to-use CRM that helps organize case information. As an admin, it is easy to create and customize objects, improving the time of development and increasing the total value for money.

Cons

Some features have limits in their implementation and force you to create a more complex solution. Some updates make the system run a bit slower.

Nice, it could be better if we would have the possibility to fix it to get it faster to complete the process successfully.

Friendly and adaptable system, easy to use, simplified task, it should be set up and integrate the tool can allow us to get the intake result in the same tool and to have better case management tool (litify) and stopping to use uiBakery that sometimes get frozen.

Sometimes get frozen. When i trying to send text message take much mins to complete the process. In the other hand to have a training enviroment due to can help us to dxplore the tool.

I was optimistic when the firm first rolled out litify to us. After using for about 18 months I have serious doubts that litify will ever be a tool that makes my job easier. It seems to take me much longer to do things than in the past.

Pros

Being able to bill directly from Outlook, when it works properly. This mimics my experience with litify in that I had completed this review but it said I didn't use enough characters

Cons

Too slow, not user friendly, simple things take far too many steps. It seems buggy at best and is not software that I would recommend. Perhaps it just isn't meant for California work comp.

I have been using Litify for over two years and I am very comfortable with it. It was relatively easy to learn to use but it lacks in responsiveness/speed.

Pros

Litify is easy to use. There are many ways to share files. Litify is helpful with both document management and case management.

Cons

Litify's response time is slow. It needs to be more responsive. Otherwise, I do not have any other complaints.
