The tabs help organize everything and I find that very helpful. Cons Playing videos is somewhat a challenge. I like the timeline/call notes feature, but it makes no sense that a task is created every time you log a call Pros Easy to run reports, holds lots of data, very customizable, easy to report issues, role feature is helpful Cons The search feature makes it difficult to find needed information without exact spelling/formatting, takes too many clicks to get anywhere, layout/view is difficult to navigate, view is too crowded, opens a million tabs. Their support team is responsive and consistently helpful, which makes a big difference when navigating the platform. One of their recent additions, DocuRio Email, is a great tool that effectively bridges Outlook and Litify, making email integration much smoother. However, the platform does have its drawbacks. The layout and interface can be unintuitive, often requiring multiple steps to accomplish simple tasks. This can slow down workflows and make routine processes feel more time-consuming than they should be. While the functionality is solid, there's definitely room for improvement in terms of user-friendliness and efficiency. Despite these challenges, Litify remains a powerful tool with excellent support, and its continuous development—like the release of new features—shows promise for the future. Pros Litify is so great to work with. Support is responsive and very helpful. They recently released a new product docrio email it is a great product to link emails from outlook to litify. The ai integrations were really awesome to see and I was able to get so many answers very fast Cons It’s a bit on the pricier side and the user interface was a bit challenging to understand. It is a learning curve to understand it though. Cons Some of the mapping I struggle to find where it goes. When I am trying to find a lien or damage and the documents don't generate there. Or they don't let me copy from the intake folder. Or I think I am in the matter and somehow ended up in the Intake instead.
