Pros: Customer support is great and can customize the software to fit your needs to an extent. It does what it is intended to do as far as tracking and keeping up wit all of your inventory needs, and the standard reports are helpful. Additional reports can be added and built to suit, however they are cooked into the software, and not your typical crystal. Very responsive and quick transaction times. It has a lot of capabilities as far as a IMS goes and will work well for most organizations.

Cons: Somewhat dated interface - limited connectivity to certain ERP systems which is ultimately why we went away from it and moved to something that integrated a little more tightly with our software.

Overall: It keeps track of all of our inventory at a reasonable price and support stays on top of tickets.
