Cons: I wanted to send a parcel from France to Poland and from the beginning I had problems with GLS courier company cause they didn't want to take it, explaining that it's over 30kg (while on the Eurosender website it's clear that they take parcels up to 50kg). After calling Eurosender and telling about the whole situation, somehow GLS took the parcel. Although, the courier came completely unprepared to get such a package, without a trolley, so he just threw the package to the car! Hoping that from that moment everything would be fine, I left France and patiently waited until it arrives in Poland. To my surprise, after 3 days, the parcel was still at the warehouse. So I contacted the courier and he said they can't send it because it weighs 43kg and French law doesn't let sending the packages over 30kg. Again, I contacted immediately Eurosender and presented the whole story and as an answer I received a message "that they are trying to locate my parcel"! While I already knew that it was still at the same place that I was sending it from. After one week of struggling with Eurosender, they wrote me that the package is over 50kg and I need to get it back. I was so disappointed with their services that I wanted to get my package and have it sent as quick as possible to Poland. But the parcel was damaged! I didn't get any compensation, neither the money that I paid for the service they didn't provide.

I don't recommend it at all!

Overall: Literally there is nothing positive about this cheating company. So, please if you're still considering sending anything with Eurosender, don't do it!

Pros: good price

Cons: NEVER NEVER NEVER!!! pay for the services of the EUROSENDER shipping company. First, you have to be really lucky if they ever come to pick up your suitcase (have been waiting for a week and no one ever showed up), refuse to give you a refund so you are forced to ship it, and then by miracle when they finally come to collect the package you will never see it again. Plus, they refuse to take any responsibility for the mistakes from their side. Well done, what a weird company. Same goes for the DPD who basically is the one that lost it.

I had a TERRIBLE experience with Eurosender, and the carrier service they work with, GLS.

Pros: At first the student discount interested me and the company seemed to be reliable. However I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

Cons: I'm a student who needed a service to ship my things from France to Italy and Eurosender seemed to offer a good deal, however they were days late to pick up my things, which was EXTREMELY inconvenient. My 2 bags got separated, resulting in different drop off days (which were also later than scheduled). GLS was unable to deliver my second bag, so I had to pay almost 100 euros of taxi to go to the deposit and pick up the bag myself. It was unwrapped which led me to believe they could have gone through my things. Throughout the entire experience, GLS customer service hung up on me several times and the Eurosender customer was nice however COMPLETELY USELESS. I was in my home country and had to spend the holidays making intercontinental phone calls to Eurosender, which cost me an additional 100 euros to try and figure out the confusion. I had paid this service to have a stress-free move, and in the end I could have found other options, which could have been cheaper and at least more efficient.

Overall: None, in the end I got my 2 bags but it was AWFUL.

Not only they lost my parcel and they didn't notify me until 3 weeks after when i decided to contact them being worried about my delivery but they also refused to refund me.

There was never no explanation about how the parcel got lost or anything.

Furthermore, the people replying in thee emails or in the phone calls seemed to have no clue about what they were talking about.

Very dissapointing and poor performance, never again!

Overall: I was given wrong information regarding the shipping dates which cost me extra money.

They did no recovery move. In fact I filled the compaint form and send it to them, not because I was expecting something to change but since I am a call canter manager in order to improve their services. The response I got was that they didn't understand my disatisfaction and that I should have read the "Terms and Conditions" before I make the order. The email continued with an ironic tone. "As you can imagine it is a long distance between the 2 countries and it is not possible for your boxes to arrive in 3 days". But why should I had imagined something like that when their representative told me that all that was needed were 3 business days?

You get what you pay I guess. Unprofessionals and unreliable.

Pros: They don't read emails, lie to customers to get money from them, take forever to deliver (it's been over a month and my stuff has been travelling around Spain and Belgium somehow!) They never communicate back to you when you need help and then try to make it so that everything that didn't go well was because of something you did. Even though the service has completely failed they somehow don't feel that a refund should happen.

Cons: everything is bad, they literally are scammers who seem to steal your money

Pros: They pretend to give you assistance by the phone

Cons: After contacting and make them aware of the issue they just put you on hold forever and pretend like it's nothing

Overall: HORRIBLE COMPANY! I've spent the past 3 days with Eurosender on the phone to make sure everything was going well with my snowboarding gear pickup and I had a collection ordered for yesterday (Portugal- Germany) from 9 am to 6pm, my mom even took the day off to answer the delivery company and not only they didn't show up but also I've been trying to call them asking for a justification they answered once, put me on hold and never answered back ever since.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY, PEOPLE ARE GETTING SCAMMED. I even payed insurance and no one gives me any justification or solution. They just keep your money and get off the grid.

I'm going to report not only the situation but this company because it's definitely not the first time they've done this.

I even have the email from the costumer care assuring that it would arrive still until 6pm, because it was already 5 and no sign of Chronopost.

Used service two times, not sure will there be a third time

Pros: The order process is easy to use and navigate. A confirmation email is always on time, and in general, it looked like a good service, compared to others, especially when it comes to price. Up to my second time using the service

Cons: My second order went wrong, and it was delivered to the wrong person in the completely wrong city. Customer service did not want to hear me out. A very rude experience. It took me 50 phone bill to reach correct department, another 7 days to get refund approved, and 30 business day to get my money back. The refund was approved only because one of the emails from their end admitted it was their fault. Also, I had to organize another pick up for my package which at the point was in the hands of a person I do not know.

Pros: You cannot beat their booking process. No company has so easy booking of shipping as they do. Also prices are amazing. The fact, you have to wait a day more due to economy service is totally worth.

Cons: They don't offer priority shipping. There could be an app, so you would book shipments on the phone more easy.

Cons: It's a shame. I've used a similar service before Send My Bag without issue.

Unfortunately, there is a problem here.

The courier reported that I wasn't in without phoning, ringing the door bell or knocking or visiting the 24 hour reception at the place I was. No effort whatsoever to pickup the bag. There was no notification of the issue and I was left waiting in.

To top it off, there is no ability to obtain support via phone number with either the Courier or Eurosender.

Unfortunately, it's one to avoid. It can't be relied upon.

Be advised that senders are provided an incentive to provide a positive review on sign up to "win back" their sending money.
