"Q-Might as well get it "

**Overall:** Overall, it does help solve que issues and customer satisfaction. I know larger companies like AT&T have used them as well.

**Pros:** I like being able to customize the clients by using their name and not assigning a number. It makes it feel more professional and personal.

**Cons:** While not necessarily a least like, they are a bit slower to work out software glitches and errors. You can point it out and get a response from their engineers at some point.

"Qminder"

**Overall:** Qminder is the best software to help manage visitors, staff, and wait time averages.

**Pros:** It allows our company to manage visitors, staff, and wait times from anywhere by using the app.

**Cons:** Nothing in my opinion needs to be improved by Qminder.
