Pros: It's a simple start-up and cost-effective, doesn't require an in-house IT team to support. The training and customer service has been excellent.

Cons: There are still a few things to work out from the user end, but our rep has been open to our suggestions.

Overall: We needed an event system and this was so easy to get started and will hopefully grow with our expanding operation.
