Pros: I like the fact that clubhouse gives me the ability to see what is being worked on a by who. I work remotely and find that sometimes my co-workers (who are in different timezones) are offline and I cannot reach them immediately. Clubhouse has a great communication system built into a worlds best ticket system.

Cons: I don't have any cons really. The one thing I would like to see from clubhouse is possible more filtering options and a better way to report on bugs that we have.

Simpler work tracking and easier to use than Jira

Pros: Easy to use and less complicated than Jira while still being full-featured. I love that work-in-progress comments are saved in tickets before being officially submitted. Great tool for team communication and project management.

Cons: Like any work tracking tool, it needs to be well-maintained or the backlog quickly becomes outdated.

Pros: Clubhouse allows us to run our projects exactly the way we like. Its features are quite extensive (starting from a kanban base, which I love), it's fast and its filtering is great.

Cons: I'd love a mobile app, and it'd be great to have a stronger and more visual representation of the relationship between projects, epics and stories.

Pros: Unlike JIRA, Clubhouse is very user friendly and intuitive. Allows for individual teams to track projects and tasks, while also being able to integrate with other teams.

Cons: There is no out of the box time tracking feature. Not as many features as other project management tools.

Easily track and manage multidimensional projects for software development.

Pros: We used to use Asana, and the best part about it is that it was a very, very simple check list for tasks. But Clubhouse took us to the next level. In the Status Page I can see what everyone is working on, what stories need to be reviewed, deployed, in progress, etc. It has Milestones, Projects, Stories and Epics. Reports I've never used because the burn down chart and other pages are plenty for me.

Cons: I couldn't think of anything. It integrates well with Status Hero and Slack and does everything I need.

Overall: Very happy to work with Clubhouse, it works well for me.

Pros: - very easy to use with great and simple interface

- has most of the issues a full-scale PM software needs - ticketing, reports, tasks shared with teams, templates etc.

- "open" API that allows building various integrations (on top on the existing ones - Slack, Zendesk etc.)

Cons: - no mobile app available

- tome tracking needs to be set up as custom values, not the best way to deal with that

- Open API integration can also be a downside, as there is fewer ready-to-go integrations than with some high-scale alternatives (notably, jira)

Nice tool, not the easiest to navigate

Pros: That you can create templates from old bugs, chores and feature request allowing you to save time and effort, also they update you in the app when you have been noted somewhere or if a bug did not save correctly so you don't lose work.

Cons: That is it not very intuitive, especially for non-IT types. For example, as an account manager I want something super easy to navigate without much training, however a lot of this ap goes over my head. So I only take advantage on 2-3 things that it can do.

Pros: Clubhouse has a very simple UI but is extremely powerful and flexible and meets all my bug tracking needs.

Cons: It would be nice to have more direct integrations with help desk software, they currently only have ZenDesk. They do have Zapier, but I haven't tested it out.

Clubhouse. If JIRA and Trello were designed in 2018

Pros: We looked for a replacement for Trello once we outgrew it, and JIRA left a sour taste in our mouth. Enter Clubhouse. We like the fresh UI, the sane project management , the customization and the integrations with modern services.

Cons: The projects/teams are bit rigid in organization. We have a squad-based organization and it doesn't fully support.

Overall: We're managing software products with Clubhouse.
