Been using daily for several years with 10+ accounts on all kinds of servers from local self-hosted to exchange and Gmail. Works excellent and support is pretty good too for the rare occasion it doesn't.

Pros

Multiple accounts incl combined mailbox.

Cons

I wish they focused more on core E-mail features such as auto-classification or maybe spam filtering and less on integrating every tool out there.

Es de largo, la mejor aplicación de gestión de correo electrónico, es completísima, intuitiva e innovadora.Con Mailbird hemos prescindido de otros servicios como Mailchimp, generándonos un ahorro mensual bastante grande, que compensa el ligeramente elevado precio.

Pros

La facilidad de uso, el drag & drop, la gestión de diferentes correos, ...Pero lo que más me gusta es la función de saber cuando han leído tu correo, al automatizar la confirmación de lectura, puedes sacar desde el propio gestor de correo las analíticas de email marketing, no necesitando aplicaciones como Mailchimp o similares.

Cons

Especialmente en las búsquedas, se queda algo lento, y de precio es algo caro, aunque vale hasta el último euro que pagas por él siempre que le vayas a sacar provecho.

It's easy to customize MailBird. I have the ability to alter both the client's appearance and how it functions.

Pros

I can handle several email accounts from one location using MailBird, a desktop email client. It works with both Windows and macOS.I can complete tasks quickly because to the clear and simple UI and the abundance of keyboard shortcuts.

Cons

Only Mac OS X and Windows support MailBird. No mobile app exists.Occasionally, MailBird can be sluggish, especially if I have a large number of accounts and messages.

Es el mejor programa de gestión de correo que puedas tener, funcional, fluida, agradable de usar. Al principio fui algo escéptica, pero ahora no me imagino mirar el correo electrónico en otro programa.

Pros

Es fabuloso, un diseño limpio y eficiente, muchísimas funciones, seguimiento de correo, bandeja única, categorización, software fluido, lo tiene todo.

Cons

Me ha costado encontrar algo negativo, pero cuando te conectas a una VPN, Microsoft te bloquea el acceso a la cuenta y debes desbloquearlo (cada vez que te conectes a una IP diferente), con Gmail no ocurre y con los dominios profesionales tampoco.

### "Best Minimal Non Bloated Windows Email Client"

Love this program, just wish it was ported to android as well. This fixes all the issues I have with Outlook, namely a clean, minimal interface and super quick functionality.

Pros

So Outlook is horrible. Bloated with useless features, slow, ugly, it's the worst. Mailbird is simple, which makes it fast. It has global keyboard shortcuts so you can send an email at any point in your workflow. The UX is clean and distraction free. And one of the best features, omni-inbox. Having all my emails go to one place makes managing email so easy.

Cons

Kind of a con, if you want to connect more than 3 email accounts you need to subscribe. Still, the price is affordable so not the worst thing. Also sometimes it bugs out with my outlook email accounts, I will repeatedly get error warnings, but I am still able to receive and send emails with the account, not sure what that's about.

Love it until v3.0. I was excited to test new versions and use 3.0. My license doesn't support it.

Pros

Mailbird was my preferred email management tool. I always preferred it above Google, Outlook, etc.

Cons

I have a professional license. That lifetime professional licence does not include the features in the new v3.0. Mailbird has not lost all of its usefulness.

### "Abonnement renouvellé sans consentement"

Je ne recommanderai pas du tout MailBird car ils ne respectent pas la loi au niveau du renouvellement de l'abonnement. J'avais pris le logiciel un an, l'abonnement n'a pas été annulé, je suis prélevé à nouveau pour l'abonnement ! Je répond au mail pour informer que je ne souhaite pas renouveler. J'ai une réponse automatique qui m'informe que le mail du support n'est plus actif ! Annuler le renouvellement est très compliqué, il faut taper une URL à rallonge, remplacer des caractères dans l'URL par son identifiant d'abonnement, ça n'est clairement pas à la portée d'un utilisateur classique d'internet. Tout est fait pour qu'on ne puisse pas annuler l'abonnement... J'ai essayé emClient que j'ai adopté, beaucoup plus de fonctionnalités et possibilité de gérer différents mails, calendriers, contacts (mes mails sont sur mon serveur, le calendrier sur un compte Gmail et les contacts sur un autre compte Gmail).

Pros

Le logiciel est pratique mais j'ai préféré nettement eMClient qui est beaucoup plus pratique lorsqu'on a plusieurs boites mail à gérer.

Cons

La gestion multi-compte. L'adresse du support qui n'est plus en service Le renouvellement qui se fait automatiquement, sans avoir de mail 1 mois avant comme la loi l'impose

### "It's great to have options"

I'm a long term Microsoft proprietary software user, like most other people, and it is scary to see, year after year, how little they care about what they put out there. Nothing I ever purchased from Microsoft worked as expected out of the box (Windows, Office, SQL, Surface Pro, SurfaceBook) - I spend almost as much time googling unhelpful error messages and trying to fix their unfinished products as I do using their products. After a streak of problems with Outlook and many hours wasted trying to make it work as intended, I found Mailbird, which had a free plan at the time. I installed it on both my Surface Pro and Windows PC as a back-up email client for when Outlook crashed. As you would expect, I've had many opportunities to use Mailbird. It felt like Mailbird was designed by people who actually use email - which was definitely a breath of fresh air. A week later, I bought a license (although Exchange wasn't supported at the time) to support them on this journey. I still depended on Outlook for the Calendar integration, but having something that 'just works' as an alternative for everything else did make my suffering bearable. Support is spot-on: they don't insult your intelligence by telling you to run 'sfc /scannow' each time you have a problem. Unlike most others \*cough\* they are knowledgeable about their product and very helpful on each occasion. I have nothing but love for the underdog.

\- Can only choose font sizes from a static list (Font size 11 is not available) - Cannot scroll through the body of an email with mouse middle click

Fácil personalização, com opção para tema escuro o que ajuda muito na visualização. Criação de pastas por assunto ou tags. Atualizações para melhora do programa bem regulares. Cumpre como prometido todas as tarefas que um bom webmail deve ter.

Cons

Meio complicado de configurar algumas opções por que o menu é meio confuso. Principalmente para inserir assinatura. As propagandas são necessárias, mas em um certo ponto se tornam irritantes.

Overall, mailbird is a great product that I am proud to use daily.

Pros

I like a unified email account that consolidates all my Gmail accounts in one place. I like the integration with Evernote and Facebook helps my productivity. I love the search function which is fast and accurate.

Cons

For filters, it would be advantageous to be able to screen for partial strings in a domain name to be able to delete it from the inbox. Currently, I have spam coming to me from different variations of @xxxxxxxxxxxxxxfacebookmailcom. I would like to be able to set up filter ANY emails coming from the facebookmail.com domain

### "Support VERY BAD"

I ended up fixed my problems myself..nothing to do with anti virus/firewalls as I was told multiple times! The first request for help was over a month ago and an endless back and forth of generic emails blaming my firewalls (WHICH WAS NOT THE PROBLEM) ended in me finding a new email provider in the short term to be bale to function while I waited and waited and WAITED for a generic response with a wrong answer. I have to say I am VERY DISAPPOINTED with the lack of support (Long waits for a reply to just say "we haven't forgotten about you" and then days later only receive a generic email that just keeps telling me its my ant virus/firewall??!! Its just not good enough and a bit ridiculous really as email is very important and when its not working you have a FAST response (live chat even) and more one to one personal attention. I sent "Logs twice as they had asked me to do and they came back with no answers (turned out my password was incorrect but this was never even something they considering asking me to check..it was all about my antiviurs or fiirewalls which was had been turned off already but thats what they kept saying it was!) I have a full membership but will not be recommending it to anyone as the support is so bad and generic and unhelpful. Regards, Brad

Mailbird gives me what other desktop email programs didn't, a chance to stay on top of my emails. It's fast and with the unified mailbox, emails don't get lost in the shuffle. When my team first switched, we were able to import all the email settings from the other mail program we were using. Setup was instant!

Pros

The best thing about this software is the unified inbox. I have twelve email addresses, and when using other similar desktop email software, I would have to click on each email address to view the inbox of each. With this, it combines all the new email together, which helps to keep on top of all my emails.

Cons

The desktop software is spot on, it is hard to find a fault. My only wish is that there was a mobile version of this software for my phone.

Antes usábamos Outlook, pero el correo cada acierto tiempo se desconfiguraba, con Mailbird no pasa, y para mí es mucho más fácil gestionar los correos, es más fluido, más interactivo e intuitivo.

Pros

Es un programa muy fluido, competente, puedes gestionar todo, contactos, listas, puedes arrastrar y soltar, tiene una interfaz minimalista y moderna. Puedes darle mucha carga que se va gestionando y sacando todo.

Cons

El único problema que le doy son las búsquedas o filtros para mensajes, va un poco lento, especialmente cuando gestionas bastantes emails o buscas una palabra muy concreta, cuando son más genéricas salen resultados rápido.

Overall, I'm happy with MailBird and would recommend it to anyone who needs a mail consolation workspace that is not cluttered.

Pros

Right from the very beginning, I liked the lightweight simplicity and unclustered feel of the program. It's easy to set up and connect multiple email accounts or just manage one account in say Bluehost that doesn't offer many features. It integrates well with most external apps and there is really no deep learning curve. Plus, the themes are pleasant and not intrusive. Plus, I like the little sound of the birdie.

Cons

The notifications are somewhat limited and I would like to see a larger search box, maybe more about what I'm searching and filters.

I purchased the Mailbird lifetime pay once software in 2019, since then I have always had access to all updates as was the company's commitment to pay once. Now in version 3 the company wants new payment, including an annual fee. This breaks the conditions established by them and is an unfair attitude on the part of the company.

Pros

Software with good features and that works quite well

Cons

Terrible customer service with standard responses and no resolution of issues. Unhonest company attitude in unilaterally changing the conditions under which they made the sale.

Unpleasant, time-wasting.

Pros

Search function -- goes back through tens of thousands of emails quickly.

Cons

Numerous glitches/problems. Let me count the ways. Very hard to find the folders associated with each email account. Not intuitive. After writing an email and hitting send, nothing is sent much of the time. A deal breaker. Can take over a minute to sync recent emails (I have a fast computer and a high speed internet service). Search function does not clear so when you reopen Mailbird you still have the same emails from the your old search showing. You have to manually clear it. Display of emails makes it hard to access other emails in string it has aggregated. Mailbird just started organizing emails by sender although I hadn't requested it. I now have to go back into the settings and correct. Miserable, horrible email client despite great reviews. Help staff is friendly, responsive and useless.

I have more emails than any human being should have. Mailbird has helped me to tame this monster and saved me a TON OF TIME doing it. Thank you Mailbird!

Pros

I love the unified account that allows me to view an inbox for all of my email accounts. The emails are then color coded so I know who it's being sent to. My other favorite feature is being able to click an email and have all emails from the same sender provided immediately in list format. This allows me to quickly empty my emails and overcome inbox overwhelm =)

Cons

There are no cons on this software that I have found personally. If I could request one feature, it would be to match the categorization of emails like you see in Gmail. At least provide the option to have your categories match how Gmail sorts them and/or provide a filtering option to either view or not view those emails in those categories such as newsletters, financial, etc.

Mailbird help me organize my various email accounts and gives me the ability to have them all in my place. This really provides easy access to my mails, help me quickly access and send emails and ensures I don't miss any emails.

Pros

The first then I'll mention is that Mailbird us pretty easy to use. Another thing is the various add-ons that can be enabled. They make the user experience even more satisfying. I also like that there's a dark mode. It makes it easy to use it at night. The snooze option is another feature I love and use quite often.

Cons

I've never had any issues with this software. Works perfectly for me.

Pros

I switched from Outlook to Mailbird as Outlook continually crashed when opening up specific emails. I haven't had any of these issues with Mailbird. Mailbird provides a very basic interface with the majority of options accessible through the application settings. I find this helps me focus more on the emails I have received as much more real estate is provided for these. I also love how you can see when people have received and opened an email so your not guessing whether they have read it when following up with them.

Cons

The filters that I have set up in Mailbird work, but when I run these manually they are far slower to run then Mailbird's competitors. While it does not crash the software, sometimes I can be waiting for many more minutes and so close the software to stop the filter running.

Pros

Es muy rápido y fluido, en otra empresa usé Outlook y es bastante más lento, se nota más pesado y no tiene todas las funciones que tiene Mailbird. Una de las cosas que más me gusta es el seguimiento del correo, puedes hacer que Mailbird te notifique cuando ese correo electrónico sea leído. Viene muy bien cuando estás mandando correos a potenciales socios o clientes, para saber quién está dispuesto a hablar contigo y quien no.

Cons

Diría que es un poco caro para ser lo que es, un programa para gestionar el correo electrónico, pero es tan bueno que vale hasta el último euro que pagas por él, lo puedes exprimir sin problemas. Un problema más técnico, es que cuando usas VPN, los correos de Microsoft se desvinculan y debes permitir ese acceso o te lo bloquea, cosa que no ocurre desde la propia aplicación de Correo en Windows, por ejemplo.

### "A good email client to keep tabs on your emails"

To me, this is "the little email client that could". I'm not really using all of it's features, but for my everyday use I haven't looked back ever since I first installed it.

Pros

It's really easy to setup email accounts and keep track of them, either individually or by using their unified inbox.

Cons

At some point I had minor issues with the software, but it was solved after a couple updates. I can't even remember what the problem was.
