If you don't need complex mailing client and looking for something good looking and useful - that's it. Pros For me it's best looking mailing client, finally something more than just regular ugly window with ton of icons. It's well organized and you can change placement of elements the way you want. It's great that other software like dropbox and evernote connected in pro version. User interface is great. Choice of colors, proportions and fonts is really good and it's important to me as a designer. Cons There's lack of some useful features that you can have in browser with gmail, like drag and drop conversation to folder or fact that you can't add more recipients while you're writing quick reply. Little details, but they can be a bit annoying sometimes. Sometimes I don't like that settings are quite limited and I don't have as much features as in other mailing clients like Outlook. I was also looking for free email client - you've got to pay for pro version and there is lot of software that is free. Often windows applications lack the elegant design or simplicity in the interface. MailBird’s clean and customizable design makes checking e-mail so much nicer. In addition, it’s integration with other software means you almost never need to launch other applications. Cons This is a bit nitpicking since most other email applications do not even connect with other apps, but I wish it had a few more integrations. Review Source NB Ness B. Pros Works for multiple accounts, it doesn't run in a browser. Cons The UI takes a lot of getting used to. I often find myself clicking on the wrong thing, even after a year. It doesn't allow you to undelete messages (not usually, anyhow). Various small things. But the reason I came here to write this review is that they put a big, hot-pink banner (advertising a "sale" of some kind) across the top of it, and there is no way to remove it. How inconsiderate is that? Customer service has been very nice, but unable to help. Review Source WT William T. Its a life saver :) Pros Mailbird help me stay on track of all my e-mail inboxes. Working by myself, it1s hard to log in a lot of mailboxes and the possibilty to have everything in just one place, without messing with configuration, is awesome and a big deal for me. Cons I think the only thing that could be better, is the integration with other apps, like WhatsApp, Trello or Todoist. Like a plugin. Cons Sometimes if you put the finger in the wrong key, specially when your are putting accents in Spanish by hitting the "ALT" key and the combination of number, you lose the e-mail and you have to start agai. It would be nice if it would have an autosave feature. Pros Perfect to manage all email account from the software, send and receive emails, manage your contacts. Cons as a bones,it is better if would have compatibility with onedrive, google drive and others virtual storage server, because sometimes it is necessary send files unavailable in your laptop or device where you are sending emails. May 27, 2019 5.0 Pros I heard about MailBird some time before I bought a license. I use the software with my Windows 10 computer and have replaced my other email clients because I love it so much. It's got a really intuitive interface and does a great job following the modern Windows way of doing things. The built in Windows email client is lightweight while paying for the full Office suite gets you the bloated Outlook client. MailBird gives me a great email program and it is fast and intuitive. I recommend it when I get asked. Cons I can't think of anything, really. So far it has met my expectations beautifully. Review Source BR Brian R. You cannot transfer emails from one email address to another, in email folders. Technical help is lengthy in my experience and the technicians often fail to understand the problem laid out for them. Pros It works well with windows and accommodates a lot of different email domains / addresses. It's easy to use. Cons The sidebar is not set out all that well and depending upon how many email addresses you have loaded this can obscure 'email folders' from view. You cannot see everything relating to an email address laid out in a sequential format, altogether as its separated by other email addresses. Review Source CS Charles S. My overall satisfaction is at the lower average I fortunately didn't uninstall Thunderbird that keep history not reachable in Mailbird and I will not use Mailbird on other machine where I use Outlook And I hope however that mailbird will improve with as much determination for the user experience as that put for marketing Pros Easy to install, search feature is not top but good and better than average Cons Attachement feature is terrible, I don't use MailBird to read or search email having attachement Attachement are usually impossible to see or open : I then jump to Oulook Review Source Pradipta C. Use of multiple accounts on one system or the key will work accross your network. Like how I can change the style of the window for my mood and different skins are available. Pretty Cool. Minor bugs or annoyances get ironed out with feedback. Pros The ease of use and customization makes it feel like it is mine. I can connect the apps I want and ignore the others. Cons Some syncing issues with contacts once in a while, and it is hard to switch between accounts for a given app. For example, when you have two accounts using Google Calendar, the second account's calender will open in a window. Pros I love the fact that I could buy it instead of 'renting' it, like some of the software we see these days. Also, it was easy to add up to 10 email addresses. Also, their customer service is top notch when you have problems. Cons Maybe just the 10 email limit since I use more than that. But it's already great since most clients don't let you add 10. Builtin e-mail tracking and delayed send (requires that the computer is on with mailbird running in backgroud) Integration with several programs ( Dropbox / Google Drive attachments ... etc ) Cons only Windows version. I use Newton Mail in parallel, which as Windows / MacOS / Android / iOS versions, but it lacks the option to move messages across accounts. A good email client with features similar to Microsoft Outlook and that can support multiple email accounts. Pros If you like Microsoft Outlook but you use another email client like GMail then you'll love this. It provides you with the features that make Microsoft Outlook great and adds additional functionality on top of that. Highly customisable as well - one of the best email platforms I have used! If you buy the Pro version as well it's really good value for money and you can buy a lifetime licence for a one off fee. Cons It offers a free version but the free version has advertisements and less functionality than the pro version. Although to be fair, the functionality you get in the pro version isn't a big improvement and some might not find it worth the money. The best message reading panel I have ever seen. Greatly fits small screen laptops (used on 12.5 inch laptop) Cons Sometimes I have some of the IMAP incoming emails marked as read without reading - Really rear problem. Pros Mailbird is great for people, like me, that have to manage multiple accounts. You can easily see in the unified inbox new mail tagged and highlighted to each account. This is the most important feature for me, and helped a lot on my time management aswell. It has a lot of useful integrations that makes it the most important app in my workflow - where I can see basically everything I have to use during the whole day. Cons The most interesting features are in the premium version, maybe the free one could offer at least two accounts inbox. Also, I have seen some emails arriving disconfigurated, maybe the way the HTML/CSS reads at the platform is not 100% yet. Review Source AH Andréas H. Pros It's easy to integrate other communication methods for Mailbird. The software is quite cheap and as easy to use as a email client can be. Cons Mailbird feel's somewhat bulky and integrations does not really feel like an integrated part of the software. This application allowed me to access all of my accounts from one place. Pros I like that I can access several different sources from one, easy to use interface.
