Pros

Decent product until there is a problem.

Cons

Customer service is abysmal. They do not appear to read requests for support but repeatedly send standard replies often telling you to try something you have already told them you have tried.

It's not just an email account it's a real thing when it comes to managing multiple emails all in one app. not just adding email but also cool features and accessibility for other daily use apps like Facebook & Whatsapp etc also a chrome in it. making a full pack day management desktop app.

Cons

Chrome app shows only 1 page we cant add multiple pages like how we use on chrome browser. rest is amazing. UI can be improved.

Pros

A one time payment allows you to add emails into Mailbird without limit and check them from one location. A robust and great software. Great support - very responsive.

Cons

Had some glitches earlier where certain emails failed to go, however seem to be sorted out by updates.

Reason for choosing Mailbird

Because of the one time fee, and features close to Microsoft outlook.

I was impressed with the free version and bought the pro version the UI is very impressive when compared to Microsoft default mailbox, works very well with all types services. sync works very well, notifications work very well.

Cons

Not much of things lacking here so nothing much to talk about it here.

I feel I'm much better organised with Mailbird and am more on top of and in control of my emails!

Pros

There's so much great stuff about Mailbird. I use it for my Gmail account because I don't like the Gmail interface. The ability to snooze messages was a big draw, but I also love the design, the fact that it's customizable, the one-click search sender method, the shortcuts...

Cons

The only thing I don't like is when you search for something in your email, it's started taking you to the oldest messages first instead of the most recent.

Pros

All your email accounts in one place (from different providers). The attachment search is very helpful. The add-ons (e.g. calendar and Whatsapp) enhances the product.

Cons

Searching can be better. Can be memory heavy in some cases.

Pros

It is small and fast but gets things done, Has all the features I need for my email tasks without being cluttered.

Cons

not much, really. A mobile app would be nice and a "send later" function would also be usefull

Mail bird updates itself quite often and its always up to date. I am more productive in sorting through email and I've never lost an email.

Pros

What I needed was a way to keep several emails in one place. I like the look of the program and the versitalites it offers for personalizing. It has tools to keep you organized within your mailboxes. I never have to close one program to access another it's all in one place. The pricing is reasonable for the service it provides

Cons

I'm not sure I have found anything significant to make me want to close out my account. Maybe just the spacing options on the signature lines

None just a lot of headaches...

Pros

Easy to use... and that is about it, there really is nothing else to say, it is a mail client software.. Gotta keep typing because they want 100 words or more...

Cons

Reliability, Customer Support, All the Lies, Time wasted. We have belived their constant stream of lies for almost 2 years, so much so that we have change servers 4 times. Believing their was a problem with the servers and NOT mailbird. So we invested in our own server and we still have connection problems, but Mailbird just wants to blame the server or the ip address or the anti-virus software... Sick to death of it... And their response time is almost laughable if it weren't so serious.

Pros

Software is excellent. The fact that I can look at all of my emails from more than a dozen different email accounts, is just plain awesome.

The seamless way in which you can aggregate various email accounts, as well as the features it has to improve mail reading and add-ons for other services like WhatsApp and Todoist.

Cons

Some minor bugs when opening links from the add-ons - it sometimes opens a browser different from the system default.

Pros

Overall, pretty normal email client and roughly the same as outlook - so I am used to that so I don't have to relearn things.

Cons

I bought a lifetime license a couple of years ago. What I don't like is how can be unnecessarily complicated. For example, sorting emails by sender seems impossible and performing a search doesn't give me exactly what I want. And today I tried to add a cc to an email to which I was replying. Should be simple, right? I couldn't figure it out. Who wants to spend ten minutes trying to do what should be less than a second? And while the updates have become less frequent, but it seemed like a continuous, annoying thing at some point.,

Pros

It integrates all my accounts in an easy format. Allowing separation or integration of inboxes as I need. Making storage folders is easy. The system works really well with my Gmail accounts.

It's the best email client I've ever seen, but needs a lot of amendments and improvements

Pros

Several accounts, great design, super smooth interface

Cons

1\. No MacOS version 2. No Android APP 3. Scaling problems when using with an external monitor (too big on abig screen or too small on a small screen) 4. Idiotic full-text search starting from the beginning of the searched string (really irritates me) 5. Awful in-tray (windows) icon (the same for task bar icon - updtate to Material for god's sake!)

Mailbird is super Easy to set up. I had no issues with servers. Mailbird also has a nice platform.

Some of the integrations don’t work correctly or slows the system down

Clean design, very easy to use. Small memory footprint, fast start and shutdown. Works very well with large inboxes. It has allso a dark theme that works great. Many plugins that make it even better. It could allso be localized to several languages.

Again, overall a great app. Just need to provide MUCH better customer service.

Pros

Pretty easy to set up. Seems pretty robust

Cons

1\. The automatic conversation organization is a bit cumbersome. 2. I immediately had an issue with the automatic movement of emails to the Archive folder after responding to the email. A coworker sent me a screenshot. I replied: Thanks., the email is gone. I find it in the Archive folder (not optional) and the screenshot is no longer readable. It's showing like a picture that is not downloading. No problem, I'll just move it back to the Inbox. Still not retrievable. I try everything I can think of before attempting to contact customer service....email only. Slowish response from a very nice guy (apparently in India). Not a great grasp of the English language, poor grammar, and comprehension. This starts a pattern of questions and slow responses that literally lasts two weeks before I stopped responding... Unbelievably frustrating. I felt like an idiot having to ask my coworker to resend the screenshot to me 10 minutes later. Cannot imagine that this product will catch on in a strong way if they do not change their CS model.

Good until v 3.0. The interface was very good for users with only one email address.

Pros

I used to like their purchase once, and get lifetime updates license.

Cons

I had a perpetual lifetime license but after the latest update, they are trying to force me to subscribe!! I think a class action lawsuit may be in order.

Pretty much aggravating. Too many problems to list - and it freezes up my computer - How am I to get any work done with this going on? NOT. Bye bye birdie.

Pros

Looked dreamy when installed.....many accounts under one roof....looked good.

Cons

It has frozen my computer up solid about twenty times. I give up. Nice computer with 3tb SSD and 8 core up to date processor and 126G RAM. Win 10 latest. As soon as I open it - it sometimes just freezes up my computer SOLID. Have to unplug and reset. NO other program does that. Good luck with your company. I'm tired of being your QA department. You don't pay me enough.

I was searching a reliable email client for about a week; reading reviews, watching videos, etc. After all, I decided to purchase Mailbird to give a shot, and yes, I'm happy with my decision because I like this email client the way I wanted.

Pros

I like the unified features because you don't need to go to individual account every time. I also like the design, and it is fast as well.

Cons

So far, I cannot see any cons, but additional feature only to be added like improvements on searching; Searching should search all the aspect of what is searching. I guess the software is searching only the title in the email and not whole content.
