It is nice to be able to see all my mail in one place. The customer support is quick and personal. Cons I do not have any feature that I dislike. Pros Support for 3+ accounts with an inexpensive one-time purchase of the pro version, lot's of integrated apps ranging from Google apps to Whatsapp and Dropbox. Responsive and helpful technical support. Cons Adding organizational Exchange accounts seems to be hit or miss, worked seamlessly for some, didn't work at all for others (yet). They are too ugly and hard to use. Mailbird in the othar hand is really easy and stable. I have never experienced a crash or bug. I am confident my emails always reach its destination and that I am getting incoming messages on time. Pros I love having all my email accounts visible in one place. It also allows me to separate them out if I need to focus on one. I asked for a refund the man at support said no problem that day then i didn't hear from him then he replied after being pressed that my 14 days was up, tough luck have a great day!! Does that really piss me off YES! Simply don't buy from this crap company Pros Frankly it isn't anything special, it does work to a point. Cons You can't control this program as easily as gmail,opera etc etc 1) When i went away with my laptop for work last week I discovered all the emails that should have been on it had disappeared even though i had ensured that they were all there before my departure, I use a normal computer in my office which is where the mailbird program was downloaded to. 2) When i start my computer in the morning mailbird takes a long time to load up. 3) When i want to update my mail if I am leaving the office mailbird only updates every 5 minutes when it wants to update. 4) mailbird doesn't have emoji's 5) Mailbird doesn't have a junk folder or a way of labelling a message as junk when it arrives a second time 6) Mailbird just doesn't feel as if it works for me it feels cumbersome and outdated Review Source MN Mike N. It also lets you customize how it is laid out, which is a plus. Cons Not nearly as feature rich as the OSX apps it is trying to mimic. But this software, I just couldn’t. Bad software and really bad customer support, to my request of refund, they basically reply with “we do our best” and “hope our next version will answer your issues” Pros good marketing and branding claiming to be easy to use and "innovative" Cons Mailbird a really back app, given their pricing and non-refund policy I expected an actually functioning app. Stuff as simple as editing to and cc is a multi-step process. Pros It allows me to use multiple emails and bulk them into one location while also letting me see the emails separately if I need to!
