Pros: -basic to use and understand

-color coding for therapists

-week/month/day capture

-dragging to change times

-track payments and invoices

Cons: -unable to look at one therapist's hours/clients/activity without manually doing mental math

-no privacy between therapists using same software in office so all therapists can see your client names, payments and length of time

-can not put alerts on client files or reminders

Overall: I think it's a great starter tool but I think privacy between clinicians is important and in this case everyone in the office must either purchase their own or all information is shared.

Pros: I love that OWL Practice is so intuitive. It's such a step up from other softwares I've used for work. Love the fact that you can pull up your last note as a template for a current note.

Cons: I haven't experienced anything I've disliked about the software yet.
