It is super easy to integrate and the Brandleap team is very hands on and helpful. The system allows you to capture more sales and makes it easier to acquire customer information. Expected sales flowing into our dealer channel would take months to setup, we were up and running in a day. Results have been very positive: sale growth, real analytics, and expanded consumer contacts... Cons Its a new service so retailer participation is small. It does exactly what they told it would do. Pros This was VERY easy to deploy and a no-brainer for us to implement. It required no special infrastructure, hardware or hosting. Cons We really have no complaints thus far. Should we run into issues, I'll be sure to add it here as a heads up for those considering this. They have been extremely easy to work with and flexible. Their powerful and easy to use platform puts the control of customer conversion from a brand's website or campaigns into the hands of the brand/manufacturer. They truly listen to their customers to help create the easiest customer experience to purchase a product (in store or online) without the customer ever having to leave the brand's website. Pros Flexibility, customization and ease of use. Plus, it provides conversions of higher loyalty customers. Cons Adding more robust visual dashboard reporting features. Don't get me wrong they have a solid reporting dashboard - but it will even be more powerful. They keep adding more week to week and month to month. This product alleviates that and allows businesses to get very creative with online retail, used equipment, surplus inventory - I have never heard of a channel partner complain about it. The roadmap is strong, the code is solid and the team behind it top notch. Get in the game and at least experiment with this product. Get creative and develop a custom program. Pros Integrates easily, easy to use/understand. Cons On older websites there are some challenges that take more time.
