“The easiest, most powerful, and affordable way to help your customers buy your products”

OverallWe've been extremely pleased with the Brandleap tool set and team. They have been extremely easy to work with and flexible. Their powerful and easy to use platform puts the control of customer conversion from a brand's website or campaigns into the hands of the brand/manufacturer. They truly listen to their customers to help create the easiest customer experience to purchase a product (in store or online) without the customer ever having to leave the brand's website.
ProsFlexibility, customization and ease of use. Plus, it provides conversions of higher loyalty customers.
ConsAdding more robust visual dashboard reporting features. Don't get me wrong they have a solid reporting dashboard - but it will even be more powerful. They keep adding more week to week and month to month.
Recommendations to other buyersIf you are spending marketing dollars to drive traffic to your website to increase brand awareness, product visibility, SEO ranking, and preference... don't leave money on the table by making it difficult for a potential customer to buy from one of your trusted resellers. Easy!

ProsVery easy to setup, and integrate. Expected sales flowing into our dealer channel would take months to setup, we were up and running in a day. Results have been very positive: sale growth, real analytics, and expanded consumer contacts...
ConsIts a new service so retailer participation is small. Takes some time to convince new re-sellers to adopt

“Excellent resource for ecommerce "channel conflict."”

OverallI work with multiple B2B companies and all experience or express some level of channel conflict with ecommerce. This product alleviates that and allows businesses to get very creative with online retail, used equipment, surplus inventory - I have never heard of a channel partner complain about it. The roadmap is strong, the code is solid and the team behind it top notch. Get in the game and at least experiment with this product. Get creative and develop a custom program.
ProsIntegrates easily, easy to use/understand.
ConsOn older websites there are some challenges that take more time.
Recommendations to other buyersJust get it launched. It is not that expensive and it is valuable.

“Easy to set up. Captured more sales. Can't ask for much more here. ”

OverallWe're capturing sales that we could have lost to competitors, second thoughts or one of the many reasons for abandonment. It does exactly what they told it would do.
ProsThis was VERY easy to deploy and a no-brainer for us to implement. It required no special infrastructure, hardware or hosting.
ConsWe really have no complaints thus far. Should we run into issues, I'll be sure to add it here as a heads up for those considering this.

“More Sales, More Customer Information, Easy to Use, Great Service.”

ProsBrandleap is a great service. It is super easy to integrate and the Brandleap team is very hands on and helpful. The system allows you to capture more sales and makes it easier to acquire customer information.
ConsWe have not seen any problems with it yet. The system is straightforward to integrate and use to support sales and dealers.
