Thanks to the intuitive setup of windows, setting up a program is a pleasure. Cons To make troubleshooting any problem easier, several of the supporting functions may need to be upgraded. The log files are lengthy and challenging to decipher. The archiving and cleaning software encountered a problem with file locking. Occasionally, we find it lacking in usability. We had a great experience from the first initial call. It was refreshing to deal with a team that were honest but confident in their solution. They always had time to answer our questions and would update us about the development of v9.1. Pros The PGP Encryption, Automation and Replication capabilities of this software appealed greatly as our client was seeking out a replacement for RepliWeb. The cost for our needs was by far the most competitive within the market. Cons The only one thing we can honestly mention is the fact we had to wait for the release of v9.1 to fully move away from RepliWeb but the team at Coviant listened to our needs and requirements and acted swiftly and pushed forward to release this version. Pros Coviant comes out of the box with a standard set of features that meet 90% of your needs. No need to mess with customization (which is often touted as a benefit, but MFT should not be complicated). You can't beat the price, it's super easy to install, and is reliable. Cons To date I have had no issues that would qualify as "cons."
