Cons Key & subscription management could be more friendly, as could deployment, but overall the product is full featured and extremely robust and stable. Once you get past the learning curve that new users experience the software is pretty much “Set & Forget”. We have had a couple weird issues here and there but did eventually figure them out. The backups are quite fast and having ransomware protection to restrict the backup partition to only be accessible by Macrium Reflect is also critical to my business. The ability to make bootable rescue media to repair or re-image failing PCs has empowered our technicians to get way more issues fixed with fewer trips. There are not many options out there which are fairly priced yet professional and quick enough for my demands. Macrium Reflect meets those requirements perfectly so far, and I am very confident that there will be no problems should desaster ever strike. It is user friendly, works quickly and yet has all the options that a semi-pro with a home office environment like me could wish for. Pros Abundant options, fair pricing, streamlined and transparent UI and backup creation. Backs up very quickly. Easy and flawless creation of desaster recovery media. Cons That i did not discover it sooner. No bugs or issues found so far, but have been only using it for a week. I was also very cautious not to overwrite my laptop operating system until I noticed you put the windows logo next to windows based operating systems representing my laptop. Really appreciate that. I recommend this software highly. Pros I like the fact that its easy to use. The dashboard is intuitive and its output is reliable. I am able to take an image of a drive that could take me 2 to 3 days to configure manually and restore it to a drive and be operating within an hour. Cons I have not figured out yet how to clone or image a UNIX based solid state drive using Macrium and was forced to use a software having to boot in another operating system to do it.
