The guys at Club Right have wanted our custom from the first day I met them. They’ve been interested in our gym, and it feels like they’re an outside part of your team, by wanting you to succeed, plus they are so easy to contact should you have any issues or questions. There’s an online chat/conversation that you can pose a question about something on your software and you’ll get a reply super quick, in a friendly helpful way. We won’t be changing to another company for a very long time if at all!

Pros

Easy to set up, use & train staff in. Super easy for customers to book in classes and pay memberships online. Very user friendly. It looks good and modern. Timetables, classes and memberships are all easy to change if necessary. It’s all one screen, not having to divert onto different areas of the software. The home screen is easy to see who’s owing, messages etc. The back office area, is straight forward to get the reports needed. Overall we love the software and how straight forward it all is! The cost..... a quarter of what we were paying anothe rcompany, and we’re getting everything we wanted!

Cons

It wipes our previous months classes off at the end of the month

Very happy with the experience it’s straight forward to use. However the app for memberships can be a little be slow and hard to navigate at teams. I’ve had to sit down and show a number of members how to book into classes as they found it hard to work.

Pros

That is integrated with my 24/7 access. AI support 24/7 and a team that responses. The fact I can use the app version rather than having to be on a laptop all the time.

Cons

I assume it’s the same everywhere but the card fees are a killer. I have card machines that run at 0.40% transactions compared to the 1.85%. A better rate would be better and competitive for new potential gym to sign up to Clubright.

### "Avoid at all cost"

Pros

Their sales process was smooth, and clear.

Cons

After going through their sales process, which was very smooth and where they were eager to close, we then got stuck in onboarding. They needed to check something, canceled the onboarding, and I had to email several times only to be told they didn’t know yet if they could help us, but we should wait while they chased it up. No problem—months wasted—and we never even received a phone call with an update. This all started in July. Now we’re in December, and they’ve gone completely silent. No replies to emails. But, and this is where it gets interesting, they’re still charging us every month, despite clearly not delivering the service and despite being explicitly asked to cancel the subscription and refund us. Don't be fooled by their low price, it comes at a higher cost than the one presented, in time wasted, and poor service.

Great experience, especially through a non-straightforward migration from another provider. Multiple people from ClubRight got involved to help make sure it was as seamless as it could possibly be.

Pros

The ease of onboarding and the willingness from the support team to help. We were totally new to the ClubRight system, and the team pulled out all the stops to make sure that everything was okay. They helped us along every single step that we took.

Cons

We haven't found anything yet. We are still within the first month of our relationship with ClubRight, but so far everything has been exemplary.

Very easy company to deal with, easy to use and the training was great to reduce our learning curve with a new software package. The AI chat or escalating to an operator for resolution of bugs and issues is very smooth. Most queries can be resolved with the AI Assistant.

Pros

Great Value for money for the requirements we need for Gym Management Software. Looked at loads of Gym and Fitness software packages and ClubRight had the best features that we need.

Cons

Nothing, the upgraded package is even better now that we have upgraded, with additional features with message automation etc.

My overall experience is good. I have been with clubright for 8 years. I am not the easiest customer as i spent more time on the gym floor than managing the software but since having regular check ins with mark its really helped me improve the business. Its all there to be maximised.

Pros

Customer service is the main point. Having everything under one company with better rates also helps. Works well for me as a martial arts centre.

Cons

Add a little more features on the lower tariffs could be of a benefit giving users a little more for there money

Cons

The reporting is still not good. You are unable to download some of the reports. Future ideas pot is a good idea but this should have been brought in long ago. Very happy that I can now share and see other ideas

Pros

Loads of features. You can run everything including direct debits all in one place. They are constantly improving.

Cons

The check in system is sometimes slow but that might be my system.

Amazing. Would definitely recommend. Having everything in one space makes the day-to-day usage way easier. Insights, sales funnels and automated messaging are great features which have helped us reach more people, sign people up quicker and have a better view of our business in only 3 days! We are really looking forward to having a future with this software and are excited to see where it can take our business!!!

Pros

The onboarding process. Very easy as the team took 99% of the work load. The very friendly staff \[sensitive content hidden\] have been absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. Making everything super easy and explained everything perfectly. If I could rate it 6 stars I would!!!

Cons

We couldn't connect our stripe reader, and still haven't been able to...

In the beginning when I joined my journey with CR I regretted it, Joining was an absolute nightmare especially the onboarding process as I had several issues with lack of knowledge from Paxton engineer (he was new) and onboarding was a shambles. My GoCardless account was about to be terminated due to moving it all across to CR and I could have lost all my data as CR forgot my when the transfer was supposed to be happening. Honesty CR had MAJOR communication issues with \[sensitive content hidden\] no where to be seen or heard despite conversing with me personally before the issues occurred. I'm so pleased \[sensitive content hidden\] is on board because she is someone who i can tell is passionate about the brand and how to help grow.

Pros

Not much apart from seeing development and improvements happening. Still a long way to go for CR but in a year I can see improvements have and are being made. Great to speak with \[sensitive content hidden\] who actually knows what she is talking about unlike previous team members I have dealt with.

Cons

Lack of and delays in communication between L&Z and CR. No way to refund members. No way to select multiple members groups for automated emails. No way of changing DD dates for members. Guidance on how to upsell, promote, market. send out weekly/seasonal promotional ideas etc, helping us grow will help CR

Clubright has been game changing for us. The support team are excellent. The software is excellent, and ever improving. And the value is exceptional.

Pros

Clubright has changed the game for us. Its allowed us to combine several tasks that we used separate systems for, all into the one easy to use system.

Cons

There is very little not to like about Clubright. It ticks all boxes for us

the customer service is amazing- we had to do a price increase and one of the team did it for us on their day off- the dedication is amazing.

Cons

there are the odd glitches like with every software but everything is dealt with on time and we are always communicated properly with timescales

Overall great- I did not have software in place before ClubRIght and since I have used them for my business my admin has gone down dramatically- I do what I do best now- work with my members and help them with their fitness

Pros

I was very nervous about my migration from Go cardless but the team did a fantastic Job- everything was done on time and very seamless. Neither me or my members had to do anything.

nothing in particular everything I raise is always dealt with in timely manner - the team is very polite and knowledgeable

My overall experience with ClubRight has been excellent. The system is easy to learn and works smoothly, even during busy times. Members are also able to navigate the app easily which reduces questions and confusion at the desk. ClubRight has made both my work and the members experience better.

Pros

I have found ClubRight easy to use and navigate, it is set out in a way that everything you may need to use is presented on the home page. I have found my experience with ClubRight to be very reliable and smooth. I am able to view, manage and change memberships with ease when needed which is a bonus!

Cons

So far, I have not experienced any issues with ClubRight. Everything has worked very smoothly for me.

My biggest complaint would be the hours staff are available. Being a 24/7 gym, at times when we've had issues resolving door control problems.

Pros

Customer service was outstanding we tried other platform for a business but you guys were absolutely fantastic 10 out of 10 you Help helped us develop the platform for a business so much help really appreciated.

Cons

Nothing really the only thing I would say is that a progression bar at the top of the client enrolment would be good, and the booking system for our business did not quite match up but that's because we've got a unique business. but you guys were fantastic so helpful.
