The guys at Club Right have wanted our custom from the first day I met them. They’ve been interested in our gym, and it feels like they’re an outside part of your team, by wanting you to succeed, plus they are so easy to contact should you have any issues or questions. There’s an online chat/conversation that you can pose a question about something on your software and you’ll get a reply super quick, in a friendly helpful way. We won’t be changing to another company for a very long time if at all!

Pros

Easy to set up, use & train staff in. Super easy for customers to book in classes and pay memberships online. Very user friendly. It looks good and modern. Timetables, classes and memberships are all easy to change if necessary. It’s all one screen, not having to divert onto different areas of the software. The home screen is easy to see who’s owing, messages etc. The back office area, is straight forward to get the reports needed. Overall we love the software and how straight forward it all is! The cost..... a quarter of what we were paying anothe rcompany, and we’re getting everything we wanted!

Cons

It wipes our previous months classes off at the end of the month

Very easy company to deal with, easy to use and the training was great to reduce our learning curve with a new software package. The AI chat or escalating to an operator for resolution of bugs and issues is very smooth. Most queries can be resolved with the AI Assistant.

Pros

Great Value for money for the requirements we need for Gym Management Software. Looked at loads of Gym and Fitness software packages and ClubRight had the best features that we need.

Cons

Nothing, the upgraded package is even better now that we have upgraded, with additional features with message automation etc.

OfficeRND was for the whole busines centre, gym was for taking payments only. We had to have a manual paper/pdf process for T&Cs, PARQ etc. wanted one package to handle everything reducing staff time

Great experience, especially through a non-straightforward migration from another provider. Multiple people from ClubRight got involved to help make sure it was as seamless as it could possibly be.

Pros

The ease of onboarding and the willingness from the support team to help. We were totally new to the ClubRight system, and the team pulled out all the stops to make sure that everything was okay. They helped us along every single step that we took.

Cons

We haven't found anything yet. We are still within the first month of our relationship with ClubRight, but so far everything has been exemplary.

### "Avoid at all cost"

Pros

Their sales process was smooth, and clear.

Cons

After going through their sales process, which was very smooth and where they were eager to close, we then got stuck in onboarding. They needed to check something, canceled the onboarding, and I had to email several times only to be told they didn’t know yet if they could help us, but we should wait while they chased it up. No problem—months wasted—and we never even received a phone call with an update. This all started in July. Now we’re in December, and they’ve gone completely silent. No replies to emails. But, and this is where it gets interesting, they’re still charging us every month, despite clearly not delivering the service and despite being explicitly asked to cancel the subscription and refund us. Don't be fooled by their low price, it comes at a higher cost than the one presented, in time wasted, and poor service.

We have been using CR for almost 3 years now and as part of a busy sports centre it has really delivered. Our booking system is so much easier to use and very secure. In terms of our customer database, the transactional process is smooth and the new facelift has met our customers with a welcoming response!

Pros

From a commercial POV - ClubRights capability to deliver a multitude of tasks is exceptional! The new U.I is so pleasing and simple. Multifuctional products are put to use, our booking system and client data base is really easy to use and we are still dicovering more options and playing around with it. Excellent value for money, regular updates on servicing and packages - GDPR seems very secure and and customer service is always helpful.

Cons

Nothing at the moment - and if I have an issue Clifford is always on hand - Better still, a member of the team. We have had a few issues with our Paxton / CR comms and it woudl be SO helpful if the VRN data coudl be extracted on to Paxton so that we don't have to enter them manually

My overall experience is good. I have been with clubright for 8 years. I am not the easiest customer as i spent more time on the gym floor than managing the software but since having regular check ins with mark its really helped me improve the business. Its all there to be maximised.

Pros

Customer service is the main point. Having everything under one company with better rates also helps. Works well for me as a martial arts centre.

Cons

Add a little more features on the lower tariffs could be of a benefit giving users a little more for there money

Very easy to use, we feel we are a valued customer and we know where to go if we need assistance. Overall a very positive experience.

Pros

Ease of use as well as customer service availability and flexibility of the software for different uses

Cons

Sometimes errors with mass migration or DD transfers for example but overall this is only small and naturally going to happen when transferring 100s of lines of data

Our experience with Clubright was nothing but straight forward and relaxed with clear instructions and communication.

Pros

One to one communication was absolutely fantastic, very helpful and clear. Made all the processes so much easier for us.

Cons

Moving past all of the positives that we encountered, the only thing that stood out was the AI could be slightly more helpful, however Yoana wasn’t the problem.

Pros

I really appreciate the prompt, proactive and professional service I get when I need help. The team are quick to reply and always able to resolve my issue.

Cons

I don't really like the AI options as I prefer person to person contact. I do get the need for AI but not for the majority of issues I have.

Being able to speak to someone whenever i need help and also having everything under one roof to run my gym

Cons

The app sometimes crashing or not being very smooth to use but new app seems alot better and more aesthetic

It’s been super easy for both staff and customers to use. We have switched to ClubRight pay and should save a lot of money in charges for direct debits.

Pros

\[sensitive content hidden\] spent her time explaining the whole process to me as well as the benefits of switching to ClubRight pay. She made the whole process super easy and has been there in the follow-up to answer my questions always with super quick responses.

Cons

The app sometimes is glitchy and freezes we have recently struggled with having members not being able to book classes when they are pay as you go customers.

Pros

Clubright pretty much cover everything we need from a membership software

Cons

My biggest complaint would be the hours staff are available. Being a 24/7 gym, at times when we've had issues resolving door control problems.

Easy and simple to use, the learning curve is not overwhelming and the staff are very helpful when integrating their systems.

Nothing comes to mind. Everything has be fairly straightforward, still becoming familiar with the system but so far so good.

The customer service from \[sensitive content hidden\] has been second to none. They made sure our migration was quick and easy.

Cons

I’ve been happy with the service. Only one issue was that a few of the employees weren’t communicating so I was told some wrongful advice. But \[sensitive content hidden\] sorted it out and it was just miscommunication.
