My overall experience is good. I have been with clubright for 8 years. I am not the easiest customer as i spent more time on the gym floor than managing the software but since having regular check ins with mark its really helped me improve the business. Its all there to be maximised.

Pros

Customer service is the main point. Having everything under one company with better rates also helps. Works well for me as a martial arts centre.

Cons

Add a little more features on the lower tariffs could be of a benefit giving users a little more for there money

Everything is under the same roof no other systems to login and check which works perfectly for our business

Pros

Clubright has been an amazing choice for our business easy to manage and quiet good value for money you get automatic messages and you don’t need third party integeations

Cons

Nothing so far it is not clubright issue but we use DFC for payments and They don’t export data to ClubRight hence we choose to move our payments to CR as well

Very easy to use, we feel we are a valued customer and we know where to go if we need assistance. Overall a very positive experience.

Pros

Ease of use as well as customer service availability and flexibility of the software for different uses

Cons

Sometimes errors with mass migration or DD transfers for example but overall this is only small and naturally going to happen when transferring 100s of lines of data

ClubRight was the best value CRM when I was shopping around and I have not been disappointed. I have a plan to grow to 5 sites next year and I know I can rely on ClubRight to help me.

Pros

Clubright have been amazing for my two sites and the growth of my business. I reduced admin and helped me focus on growth

Cons

there is nothing I can think off as they have very reliable customer service that is always there to help. Their AL is amazing too- the smartest both I dealt with

Amazing team and product really love being part of club right and would recommend to anyone with a sports club gym or dojo.

Pros

I liked the way to system works and makes my life easier removing admin. There are so many good features such as membership forecast really helps me manage my finances better.

Cons

The setting up phase. It was complicated for me as I am not great with computers. But the team at club right were so helpful and made it easy for me.

Our experience with Clubright was nothing but straight forward and relaxed with clear instructions and communication.

Pros

One to one communication was absolutely fantastic, very helpful and clear. Made all the processes so much easier for us.

Cons

Moving past all of the positives that we encountered, the only thing that stood out was the AI could be slightly more helpful, however Yoana wasn’t the problem.

Pros

The system is incredibly easy to navigate, making daily tasks quick and efficient. All the essential information, such as member profiles and bookings is clearly organised and readily accessible. The support team is outstanding, always quick to respond and genuinely helpful whenever we have questions. Features like automated emails, and mobile access for both staff and members have significantly reduced admin time and improved the overall member experience.

Cons

Any issues or concerns I have had with ClubRight have been addressed so I have no cons regarding ClubRight

I love how user friendly Clubright is. I love the functionality, and especially love how supportive \[sensitive content hidden\] is if I ever have a query.

I can’t really think of anything but if I had to say something, it would be that sometimes the reporting glitches when I’m looking on my phone app

Pros

the customer service is amazing- we had to do a price increase and one of the team did it for us on their day off- the dedication is amazing.

Cons

there are the odd glitches like with every software but everything is dealt with on time and we are always communicated properly with timescales

Good and straight forward and I am not very computer savvy but the website and app is very clear and easy to navigate around

Pros

How I can do so many automated services to take a lot of time off me such as chasing leads or members who cancel

Cons

App glitches and the fastest finger rule on waiting lists for classes. I wish it was next in line as that would be fairer.

I like Clubright because is easy to use, good value for money and it gives me everything I need to run my gym. I recently migrated my payments to them too and I am very happy with the transfer

Overall great- I did not have software in place before ClubRIght and since I have used them for my business my admin has gone down dramatically- I do what I do best now- work with my members and help them with their fitness

Pros

I was very nervous about my migration from Go cardless but the team did a fantastic Job- everything was done on time and very seamless. Neither me or my members had to do anything.

Cons

nothing in particular everything I raise is always dealt with in timely manner - the team is very polite and knowledgeable

I find ClubRight very suitable for my business - the support is always amazing and I get all updates for the new features.

Pros

I like the system as I had problem with my unpaid members and Yoana advised me to try the top package- it has been massive reduction of admin.

Cons

Nothing really I get so much help and support - I have to operate my business from overseas sometimes and I always feel like there is someone to talk to if you need help.

In the beginning when I joined my journey with CR I regretted it, Joining was an absolute nightmare especially the onboarding process as I had several issues with lack of knowledge from Paxton engineer (he was new) and onboarding was a shambles. My GoCardless account was about to be terminated due to moving it all across to CR and I could have lost all my data as CR forgot my when the transfer was supposed to be happening. Honesty CR had MAJOR communication issues with \[sensitive content hidden\] no where to be seen or heard despite conversing with me personally before the issues occurred. I'm so pleased \[sensitive content hidden\] is on board because she is someone who i can tell is passionate about the brand and how to help grow.

Pros

Not much apart from seeing development and improvements happening. Still a long way to go for CR but in a year I can see improvements have and are being made. Great to speak with \[sensitive content hidden\] who actually knows what she is talking about unlike previous team members I have dealt with.

Cons

Lack of and delays in communication between L&Z and CR. No way to refund members. No way to select multiple members groups for automated emails. No way of changing DD dates for members. Guidance on how to upsell, promote, market. send out weekly/seasonal promotional ideas etc, helping us grow will help CR

Pros

Loads of features. You can run everything including direct debits all in one place. They are constantly improving.

Cons

The check in system is sometimes slow but that might be my system.

\[sensitive content hidden\] has been utterly amazing when it comes to dealing with issues. I find it very difficult dealing with the orange button as response's take way to long

Cons

The orange button service is terrible. I've had to wait several weeks for a reply and sometimes haven't had one

Pros

Membership management is really straightforward and easy to use, saves me time on administrative tasks.

Cons

The app can be a bit buggy at times and occasionally logs me and some members out unexpectedly which is frustrating

So far its been great for the most part. I use it for more my gym and boxing club memberships. I did have trouble with the payment processing however at some point but other than that it's been great

Pros

It's a great place to setup and manage your club memberships. It's great for independent businesses who might not want to create an app for their services

Cons

It can be a bit clunky, maybe even cumbersome when switching between clubs. Sometimes it even crashes.

Amazing. Would definitely recommend. Having everything in one space makes the day-to-day usage way easier. Insights, sales funnels and automated messaging are great features which have helped us reach more people, sign people up quicker and have a better view of our business in only 3 days! We are really looking forward to having a future with this software and are excited to see where it can take our business!!!

Pros

The onboarding process. Very easy as the team took 99% of the work load. The very friendly staff \[sensitive content hidden\] have been absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. Making everything super easy and explained everything perfectly. If I could rate it 6 stars I would!!!

Cons

We couldn't connect our stripe reader, and still haven't been able to...
