I think it’s a fantastic system I would’ve just liked some thorough training to get the best out of it, as I feel very limited on using it.

Pros

I think it’s a good system and believe that it can be very effective in running our business, I just feel limited due to lack of knowledge on how to use it.

Cons

We seem to be having issues with signing people up and them not being able to book into classes and also I think the lack of training on the system is frustrating not knowing how to do tasks which should be simple to do, but due to lack of training makes it difficult 😞

10/10 Yoana has made things so much easier and is always at the end of the phone for any questions or queries I have. I don’t like the orange button as it’s hard to keep track of and I end up forgetting my query by the time someone answers 🤣 Yoana helps us out and if I need anything will go above and beyond to make sure my question is answered!

The team are very helpful especially Yoana who is always at the end of the phone

ClubRight has helped us with our membership base for a while now and is brilliant

Pros

Easy and simple to use, the learning curve is not overwhelming and the staff are very helpful when integrating their systems.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind. Everything has be fairly straightforward, still becoming familiar with the system but so far so good.

Pros

The ability to request help from the staff is great and it was easy to navigate through the platform and work out how to do what I needed to do.

The feedback when needing help could sometimes take a while to get.

Easy transition from our old system and excellent service.

Pros

Really easy to use and manage memberships, book classes etc and the customer service is exceptional, especially Yoana who has really helped us through the process. Our customers find the app a good addition to our service. The online help are quick to answer questions and resolve problems.

Cons

It would be useful to have a button on the attendees list for classes that would make it easier to book them onto the same class for the next week.

\[sensitive content hidden\] was absolutely fantastic, we have had the system nearly 3 years and havent had that much training on it, even when we have asked before. Twlking to her for 45m has now opened up alot of new features and opportunities for the club moving forward. Definitely 5 star service from her.

I have no real complaints on this system as it is right now.

Fantastic. Managing to speak on the phone was great as you can describe the issue more clearly and not have to write few times to get the message across if on chat.

Pros

The quick response and dealt with my enquiry very professionally and in quick time. The fact that you can communicate by telephone was of great help.

Cons

The chat can be hard to describe the exact query. Got given the option of looking at the information on the site and sometimes takes a while for response.

The simplicity of it. Also they cover every angle. DD system, door system, all membership data. Emailing etc.

Cons

predominantly Monday - Friday. There needs to be assistance weekends too.

Pros

Customer service was outstanding we tried other platform for a business but you guys were absolutely fantastic 10 out of 10 you Help helped us develop the platform for a business so much help really appreciated.

Cons

Nothing really the only thing I would say is that a progression bar at the top of the client enrolment would be good, and the booking system for our business did not quite match up but that's because we've got a unique business. but you guys were fantastic so helpful.

I've been using clubright for since we opened, and makes the way we manage our community so easier. Pros

Really helps us to stay on top of memberships of our gym. We have 600+ members which pre clubright was difficult to manage.

Cons

Bounced payment system. We customers have bounced payments they are able to reset up a membership whilst at the same time we have already re requested payment this causes chaos

### "Current Major Bug in the software"

Pros

I've had clubright since the beginning of the year. The team is decent and tries to be helpful in fixing the occasional glitches that happens which is expected. Ease of use

Cons

However, over the past 3 - 4 months there's been a major issue where members continue to be charged after their membership ends because the CR software all of a sudden is unable to cancel the DD mandate/subscription albeit the membership has ended. This is not only ruining our reputation as a business but it's resulting in a huge influx of DDIC claims as well as upto £900 - £1200 refunds to be processed each month. This is time consuming having to respond to each email individually, and becoming expensive because the transaction costs on these are non-refundable. We haven't received any apology from CR, nor have we received any update regarding t he time frame when they expect this bug to be fixed. I find it to be unacceptable and beginning to put a bad taste in my mouth. I'll be back to amend this review once it's fixed. I don't know how long I can continue to endure this before I consider looking for another provider.

Clubright has been game changing for us. The support team are excellent. The software is excellent, and ever improving. And the value is exceptional.

Pros

Clubright has changed the game for us. Its allowed us to combine several tasks that we used separate systems for, all into the one easy to use system.

Cons

There is very little not to like about Clubright. It ticks all boxes for us

Clubright was a lot cheaper, and far easier to use, with better features.

Pros

The customer service from \[sensitive content hidden\] has been second to none. They made sure our migration was quick and easy.

Cons

I’ve been happy with the service. Only one issue was that a few of the employees weren’t communicating so I was told some wrongful advice. But \[sensitive content hidden\] sorted it out and it was just miscommunication.

### "ClubRight is right for our club"

ClubRight has been the best move we have ever done and they helped us all the way. For us being able to have every element of the club under one piece of software was the biggest seller, plus the price. Moving our database was easy, as was the bulk transfer from our previous DD provider to our new one, who integrate with ClubRight. The customer support team are great and just a chat away, the help centre is also great with plenty of articles on 'how to do'. If there is something we feel should be in ClubRight we email it over and get a response as where and when in the development it is likely to be implemented. ClubRight happened at just the right time for us, we were slowly slipping into the dark ages with our processes. Can't believe just how much this has changed our company. Our members love it as they have control and can do and see everything through the app too. Wayne and the team are just fantastic.

Pros

Ease of use and that it is constantly being improved and new features added. The integrations with various DD providers and being able to accept card payments (yes we were in the dark ages before ClubRight). But most of all the price, bit of a no brainer really.

Cons

Some functionality that I feel should be there, such as taking part payments. For example I have a member who was 3 months overdue, they have paid 2 months but I am unable to record this on their account. That being said ClubRight are on the ball and it's part of their development.

Customer Support - Yoana has assisted me with more problems than I can count. Each time I’ve required assistance with anything, the help has been available. I’ve always been made to feel welcome and Yoana always has the answers 😊

Personally I’ve not encountered any problems that wasn’t able to be solved right away so i don’t really have an answer.

We have been very impressed with the commitment of the ClubRight team members and their understanding that they are there to help their customers succeed.

Pros

ClubRight gives us the ability to offer our customers optimal flexibility. We wanted to offer them different price plans and have a simple means of charging upfront and deducting a credit each time they come in or, alternatively, to pay a monthly fee and take regular scheduled payments. We also wanted a straightforward dashboard to give us the management information we need as well as integration with the payment platforms we use. ClubRight provides us with all of this functionality. What we like most is the excellent customer service. Right from the first contact the team members have gone out of their way to help us with our evaluation and migrate across from our previous system. I should point out that we are not a typical ClubRight customer. We provide a co-working space rather than a sports club/yoga studio and I would have understood had they put us in the ‘too hard’ basket. But they have given us help at every step and are highly responsive, either responding by email, live chat or scheduling Teams calls to talk us through our implementation. And they are really great people to deal with.

Cons

We use a scanner at the front desk and would have liked to have connected it to an IPad that we already own but ClubRight is set up for a laptop/Microsoft only.
