Overall: Before getting our hands on Somno, we were using Sharepoint for leave management. Things have changed a lot better since we started using Somno. We are also using Slack integration which saves us from adding new staff members manually. Every Monday at 9AM an overview of employees who will be out of office during that week is posted to our main Slack channel. A really nice way to keep everyone in the company informed.
