Very good in all depts. Proactive staff, Easy to use (for all our employees, of varying technical abilities).

Pros

Very easy to use. Integration with our other systems is extremely useful. The methods for purchasing, stock control, customer management, and so on have all improved efficiencies, which benefit our bottom line.

Cons

We should have found it sooner! Ordorite would be great for most companies, but for furniture retailers, it is a no-brainer.

After more than a year of trying to implement never got to this point. Customer service is based on Ireland... Can't get help when needed. Major delays and lag in communications. Over promised and terribly under delivered.
