What I liked most about Help Desk Migration is that their team (rep in particular) were super helpful and they were very responsive.

Pros

I liked the fact that it was easy to use and did not require any technical knowledge like coding or webdesign.

Cons

I liked the software so there are no complaints.

Amazing support from the team during the migration preparation time. We received some good advice for less work on post-migration.

Cons

We've missed a few pictures on the knowledge-base document. But I guess they can help with it too if we told them before the final migration.

Cons

Think about your demo migration and see what you can do to minimize the organization after the migration is finished. The better you plan, the better result they can deliver

Easy to use, didn't need to stay on the page, customer service handled everything on the back end without me needing to worry.

Cons

The software did fail on its first try automated, but the staff fixed it within 12 hours and finished the migration behind-the-scenes

And no doubt that this is the best I found in the market so far. - Customisations available. - Requires less manual efforts - Great customer support & availability These are some of the positives from Heldesk migration. Would recommend them to others businesses struggling with CRM migration definitely.

I ran into some problems because of the huge number of tickets we had to migrate. Their support helped me out to get it done. Otherwise our Go Live would have been comprimised.

Pros

Easy plug & play software. Good mapping tool.

Cons

No downsides to the software really. They do good follow-up.

Pros

Sales - I love when I communicate with guys who knows what, how and why to sell you something Support - When it comes down to support they do the extra steps to make sure everything is working what the support it's suppose to be in my eyes. Product - do exactly what it says it will do

Our experience with the guys and gals at Help Desk Migration was very professional and smooth. They knew what they had to do, asked the right questions and got to work. They delivered what we've asked of them, even when it came to custom demands like mapping certain custom fields. They've stuck to the agreed timeline and finished with a few days to spare.

Nice GUI, easy to work with software. The software did as marketed.

Cons

Had a few minor hold ups, but it was not the software and the support team was on chat every time i asked a question.

Pros

Good support. During test migration everything did not work. Support contacted me and offered to fix all the issues.

Cons

Can't think of any. Maybe the price was a bit expensive, but considering that the development team had to make some adjusments to the implentation it was well wort it.

This was great, we were worried that because it happened so quickly and easily that information would be lost in the migration. We have everything and original messages maintained their time stamp information. Very efficient and effective.

Pros

Everything was automated and we were able to keep time stamps from our original messages.

Cons

Not sure if there is anything yet but we will keep you posted if something comes up.

This was an incredibly easy migration. The ability to completely transfer all data, along with current statuses and custom fields, was integral in saving many man hours or losing historical data. The price was very reasonable and I highly recommend!
