The design of the eCRF through Viedoc Designer team was excellently supervised and our requests were always met in a solution-oriented manner. Viedoc also offers the possibility to create eCRFs in a company administrated organization instance. The elearnig section is very well equipped with video tutorials and use cases. Cons Working in Viedoc using different roles as one person leads to many different tabs, so you have to jump from one window to another. In a few cases, however, it could also be an advantage. The designer can set up forms in parallel with the definition of edit checks performed by the programmer; in addition, it is very easy to set up the eCRF by personnel with minimal programming knowledge. Thanks to e-learnings, available for all activities and detailed with pictures and videos, navigating the system is very easy as is the use of all the necessary features.
