### "Valuable for getting customer reviews"

Reviews are crucial to for business validation. ReputationStacker does a good job at requesting and posting customer reviews.

Pros

The program allows you to send an email with a rating scale (1 to 5 stars) and request for comments to new customers and have it directed to different review sites such as Google Reviews. Reviews with less than 4 stars are not automatically posted which gives you the opportunity to vet unreasonable bad reviews.

Cons

It is difficult to determine if the reviews are are going to the selected sites. Also reviewers cannot figure out how to correct error such as accidentally entering the wrong number of stars. It is also somewhat pricey.

We definitely got quite a few five star reviews that we would have never gotten without ReputationStacker and hope to learn the program better to make it more advantageous to us.

Pros

The setup is fairly easy, even if you aren't a techie. In a short time we have gotten quite a few five star reviews that we would have never gotten without ReputationStacker! We love the fact that the reviews that are unfavorable don't get published publicly. It's nice to have an opportunity to work it out with the customer before it gets ugly.

Cons

The non existent phone support. I am not good at trying to explain what I don't understand in writing. I also don't like that customers feel like all they have to do it click the first five stars and then they are done. I have many unpublished reviews.

Re: phone support: We actually had this for a while a few years back, but a lot of the questions people have are "Where is XYZ in the system?" or "How do I do this specific thing?" We found that email is a lot more efficient for this type of support as we can easily include screen shots and gifs or videos to show you exactly what to do. We utilized Reputation Stacker as it is HIPAA compliant and allows us to reach out to our patients for feedback on their experiences. I really like that the software provides us with the ability to respond and address and lower ratings directly with the patient immediately. This product has helped us greatly increase our star rating, as people may not normally post any review, however now it is easy for them to post one! Highly satisfied with Reputation Stacker.

Pros

It is easy to use and you can see the progression of your request for feedback.

Cons

I have not encountered any problems with this software in the time we have been using it.

It has worked well and fairly easy to set up.

Pros

The ability to get reviews forwarded to different sites.

Cons

We had raters that got confused and gave us a 1 star review but a great comments. We do not see a way to rectify that.

Great customer service, very responsive to my questions.

Pros

As a small business, you can't afford to get one negative review while growing the business. Two years ago, The House Whisperer had zero reviews. Today we have over 100 5-star reviews... thanks to Reputation Stacker. We highly recommend RS to anyone who wants to take charge of their online reviews.

Cons

Initially, found the software a little difficult to navigate as a first time user.

Thank you for your feedback, Tony. Yes, we do all of our customer support via email. We've actually tried phone support in the past, and we've found that a lot of our customer support requests were for people who needed help locating where something is in the system or how to perform a specific action, so email lends itself to that a little better than phone since we can include photos/gifs/videos. Also, we're here 7 days a week to help and tend to respond within a few minutes usually. Anyway, we're really glad to hear that the system is working so well for you!

We were having trouble easily getting Google, FB, Yelp etc... reviews. This software has allowed us to solve that problem. We now have alot of GREAT reviews.

Pros

The ease of use & notification when reviews come in. Simple enter email or cell# and the questionnaire is sent to receiver where they can easily review our company, service & products.

Cons

The initial setup, customer service was not very helpful, just told me to read the user manual.

We have had better return on requesting reviews using this opposed to two other paid request sites we have used in the past with our SEO.

Pros

I like that it has a template set up. You can control the frequency for send outs.

Still trying to figure out some of the options and how to use it efficiently

Pros

I like that it is very easy to use and sends reminders to customers every couple of days. I also like that there are multiple sites they can choose from.

Cons

I wish there was an easy way to have it send different template emails to customers, without having to sign up for a different location.

Good value for the cost, they do need some form of customer service though to call if any issues arise.

Pros

Pretty easy to use, we did get more online reviews and continue to use RS.

Cons

I don't believe there is any phone customer service department with RS, couldn't even find a number anywhere, a little odd, but I solved my problem on my own

We actually had phone support in the past, but many of the people who needed help needed to see a photo or gif or video so we could show them where something was or how to perform an action, and email works so much more better for this. So that's why our support is via email rather than phone. We also answer our email 7-days a week, and usually within a few minutes. Hopefully this helps!

Easy to use and customer service is very good. Billing is a bit difficult to navigate, but overall a very effective software.

Cons

Billing takes you to a different dashboard and buttons are not obvious.

It allows us to filter out any unhappy customer reviews that would otherwise go directly to the web. We are able to address any issues to correct the situation before creating an unhappy customer.

Not a great response from customer that we send request to.

Thank you for your feedback, Nathan. You may want to try telling your client that you'll be sending them a feedback survey when you last see them in person (before the system sends the survey). This way they're "primed" and more likely to take action when they receive it. We typically see this little step have a big impact on overall response rates.
