When they raised their prices, they refused to refund my account credit." **Overall:** I've been with eTollFree for over 4 years and I give them one single star for pricing. After they updated their TOS which I disagreed to, they refused to refund my money. You must pre-load your account, and naturally you would load plenty at once for convenience and to limit service charges. However, eTollFree will refuse to refund your money if you loaded it more than 90 days ago. They robbed me. Be very wary of the customer reviews on here, I do not believe most of them can be real after my 4+ year experience. **Pros:** The 99c pricing for a toll free number was enticing. The call forwarding worked most of the time, and this feature specifically was straightforward to setup and use. **Cons:** Service interruptions, poor customer service, bad UI design, and TOS changes. The fax feature also did not work for more than two years.
