Unfortunately over time, they did not update their offering and most other student information systems bypassed them in both features and intuitive user interface. Pros When we first starting using GradeBookWizard (GBW), it was very exciting. They were the first online grading program we used. They did a decent job of automating the creation and grading of assignments and the taking of attendance. Their user support, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] by name, was incredibly responsive to issues we had in setup and actually adding features. It was the most affordable solution that did what we needed at the time. Cons GBW did not keep up with the times. Several years ago there was promise of an updated version but that never materialized. I was told there was a turnover in design staff which stalled the upgrade. I saw a beta version and that had good possibilities. Attachments were clunky, communication took too many steps, and we continued to use our own report cards and transcripts because, in our opinion, nothing offered by GBW filled our needs. The software may have done other things that we did not use, but it was either because we did not need the feature or it was too cumbersome.
