"Pleo Postive"

**Overall:** Overall very happy. Cashback worked well to cover the monthly costs of the system. Physical cards were dispatched quickly and reliably. Overall the acceptance of the cards was high in UK, EU, Africa and USA. Senior management liked the visibility of Expenses accross departments.

**Pros:** Very simple and easy to understand interface for employees and management to understand. The accounting integration was done very quickly and smoothly and all our quirks were taken into consideration in the onboarding to make sure they are included. The APP and website worked well and speedy to use.

**Cons:** The customer service was very slow to respond when we had issues with card transactions. Dealing with multiple account managers, no single point of management of the account. Costs increased significantly annually.

"User-friendly experience with minor drawbacks"

**Overall:** Considering that my company needs all the required information, Pleo seems to be a good solution for inputting the data.

**Pros:** Easy to use, great user experience. Since it automatically reads the receipt information, it saves you time entering the required details.

**Cons:** It can be a bit slow on my 2019 Android phone. The automatic scan sometimes takes longer than I would like. Because of that, adding my expenses can take a while.
