It beats just plainly using a company card. Pros Accounting is just a headache and Pleo takes out a big chunk of what used to drive me crazy. It's perfect. It track everything and spits out just what I need. I couldn't ask for anything better. Cons The setup for Pleo is a little confusing. I guess it has to be, dealing with financials and everything. But, a few more hints or a walkthrough could have made me feel a little less dumb. Review Source Barry H. Our users love using it and have made quite a laborious process actually enjoyable! Pros Simple to use. The experience is completely frictionless. It's cut down expense processing by at least 80% and will save several days per month when fully implemented. Cons My only criticism would be I'd want a little more control around the nominal code heading and overall structure but we have it working perfectly within the limits of it just now but that's me just being picky! Pros Expense reports used the be the worst part of my job. I always used to wait until they built up for months and then it would take me hours to do expenses. Our pilots find it so convenient that they can settle accounts on the spot and we at home know exactly what cost we have occured on an airport in China minutes after it has been settled and before the aircraft even takes off. Pros IT is so fast and easy to use and we love the "fire and forget" way to handle receipts. Never loose a receipt again 😊 Cons Only issue er have is that pleo is not a credit card yet. So some car rental and hotels Will not accept is as deposit. Great with notifications every time you purchase something so you always know when receipts are expected. Easy upload of receipts. Easy to monitor purchases for fraud due to the notifications. Customer service is quick to reply and eager to assist. Freezing and unfreezing cards is effortless. Highly recommend. LOVE submitting photos instantly, rather than holding on to several paper receipts all the time. Cons My organization has not given us enough categories to choose from or categories that are understandable when purchasing and I have taken this up with them. The app/software itself is amazing. It is not overly complicated but delivers for everyone. The user wins - no expenses to fill in, the accounts win - no chasing incorrect submissions and missing receipt and the business' wins as it's all done in real time - no bulk submissions causing spikes in cash flow. Pros It's so simple to use, no fuss, just easy. Even the technophobics find it easy to use! The menu is simple and functional. There is no unnecessary step to click through to enter a transaction and once entered you forget about it. No expense reports to fill out and receipt to attach. I am really looking forward to when the projekt module is up and running. And Pleo remembers the choice of cost category the next time you use the card in the same store. As a Finance Manager, it is also very easy to export the transactions from the Pleo website and then import to the financial system (Dynamics NAV). Accounting saves a lot of time with the booking - and even more time because we do not need to chase collegues for missing receipts. It is very fast and easy to get new cards for new employees.
