Pros I love how Training Tilt gives me control of everything. My website, my training plans, my athletes training, the workouts, everything. Cam has designed a fantastic piece of software specifically for coaches, with features that benefit your business and your athletes. Cons If you are familiar with another platform it takes some time to become familiar with Training Tilt. But once your processes have been sorted, you'll be qwiker than your previous platform. We don't have a limitless plan as that wouldn't be realistic in terms of our own costs but as you add more clients each new client costs less once you reach a certain point. I can check in on my athletes' progress at any time and upload notes as needed. The Video library and Exercise Library have saved me incredible amounts of time and my athlete loves that the videos are directly linked to the workouts as I place them there and she doesn't have to go hunting through the content to find the applicable videos I need her to watch. I love the data charts and that the system allows for easy synching with her Garmin. I have been a coach for 35 years and all of my clients are on a one-to-one basis ( no group training). Over the years I have tried countless products to make my work easier and faster. I was so frustrated with other products I actually retired because of the time needed to personalize client plans took so long that I simply couldn't charge enough to make it worth it. This year a former client reached out and pleaded with me to work with her again. I told her I would come out of retirement IF I could find a training tool that would work for both of us. Training Tilt is it! She is happy, I am happy and can again offer clients coaching services. I am so grateful to Training Tilt for making a product that makes sense and is easy to use - even for an older, none tech savvy coach! Cons After using the product for 6 months now I have found very little that I would like to see changed. As an "old school" coach with many older athletes I would be a bit happier if there were a way to put in RPE ranges in the structured workout section. Cons I would like to see more metrics displayed such as fitness and 7 day training load as a well as the ability for clients to click on an image to indicate any niggles and rate the discomfort level. I think the overall design and software program is brilliant. Pros It has all the functions I need to coach athletes, create programs, and tweak when necessary. Training Tilt exceeds my expectations, as I am proud to take on new athletes as my business grows and introduce the training software to them. I am confident using it, confident introducing it, and love it for my online distance coaching program. Cons I've yet to come across something I dislike. Though I have only used it for the past 6 months, my needs are basic. I create custom training programs for my athletes, tweak when I need to, and we are able to leave notes for one another. Pros I liked the ease of use on my end coupled with the ability to connect with my customers daily. Cons An expansion of syncing services would help for those not on the two it supports.
