User friendly. Cons When downloading the claims, had to do a reset most of the time as the system "hang/freeze/ceases to respond. Unable to see the number of employees who are on leave for the month. Unlike other apps, where a calendar shows the employees who are on leave for the month, this way the other staffs will know if there are enough manpower before applying for leave. Cons when download the claims report, the supportings (receipt/ statements) cannot be download into pdf format. Pros A mobile app is created which allow employees to view their payslips and leave submission. This reduce manpower time and cost to mail payslips and effectively captured leave submissions instantly instead of faxing. Cons The leave component and layout can be further improved. Allow amendment to take place after completion. Clear format alignment to be adjusted to allow clarity and quick referencing.
