Pros: The integration of subscription management billing + CRM + email marketing is the most compelling features for me. I've started to use the knowledge base functionality and Deals as well to track my prospects and help me scale support for my business. I also like the dashboards showing emails sent, click-thru rate, number of contacts and accounts.

Cons: As with any software there are occasional bugs. I found a few bugs in the email marketing scheduling, but the team responded and got things straightened out.

Overall: The Outseta team is very responsive to feature requests and bug reports. They have even added-in a feature I requested to allow a customer to securely enter their credit card info directly (rather than giving it to me over the phone).
