My favorite feature of Google Docs is the auto save feature and the storage that it saves by being cloud based.

Cons

The con that I ran into is that the templates sometimes don't fit what you need and you have to learn how to adjust them.

Google Docs doesn’t require any installation and you can start using it right away without any payment. Even the free version allows you a lot of flexibility to work with.

Cons

I like the tool, but I do think it’s lacking a lot compared to what Microsoft Word offers. There isn’t a dark mode, which I would like.

Overall my experience with Google Docs is positive and I think that it meets the needs of anyone that uses it.

Pros

Value for the money is clearly the best thing about Google Docs. The fact that you can share documents with other users for free makes it easy and accessible.

Cons

The biggest drawback from Google Docs is that it’s not an outlook product. With so many companies using outlook products, it can feel like a disconnect.

Pros

Very easy to use! It is very basic, sharable, the features are well close to other application we use and hence it was easy to transition. We also like the fact that we can collaborate.

Cons

One downside is sometimes the formatting would be off, or it is not translated once it is downloaded or sent other applications.

Positive overall experience, if you have the google suite at work it's more than worth making the most of it. AI tools also add further efficiency boosts.

Pros

Really easy to integrate with the google suite, can boost efficiency massively.really good for live co-editing and cost effective at entry level. Cloud-based work makes it very accessible too.

Cons

Occasionally offline mode doesn't sync correctly, also the functionality can feel unintuitive or lacking compared to microsoft docs (which I'm used to using)

Pros

I like Google Docs because it's simple to use and automatically saves my work, so I never have to worry about losing anything. I can also access my documents from my phone or any computer, which makes it really convenient. Sharing files and working with other people is quick and easy, and it has all the features I need for everyday writing without feeling complicated.

Cons

One thing I don't like is that it doesn't have as many advanced formatting tools as Microsoft Word. Sometimes documents don't look quite the same when opened in other programs, and larger files can be a little slow. It's still a great tool overall, but there are a few small things that could be improved.
