It trades some of the advanced, heavy-duty formatting power of desktop software for pure, friction-free teamwork and accessibility. **Pros:** The real-time collaboration is unmatched. Being able to have multiple team members editing, commenting, and suggesting changes simultaneously with zero version-control issues is a lifesaver. **Cons:** Offline functionality can still be hit-or-miss, even with the extension enabled. Additionally, advanced formatting—like precise image placement, complex table layouts, or heavy page numbering styles—frequently breaks or feels clunky compared to desktop processors like Microsoft Word. Ot get's the job done, it accepts most common text files, and can convert them to PDF. **Pros:** What I like most about Google Docst is that it's compatible with Microsoft Office files, and that it offers PDF conversion. **Cons:** What I least like about Google Docs is the available formatting, the way it implements foreign objects (pictures, graphs, etc) and the available list of fonts could be longer.
