Pros

  • Parth is a very user friendly and a reasonably priced solution that fulfills all the requirements required by an organization.

  • Its a good Good product in fair price, i would recommend others to use it.

Cons

  • Sometimes when you are with back to back the lag make a little noise, but besides this It is an excelent software.

  • It is difficult to work out the least but I would suggest to do AMC charges a little bit lower side.

"Good product in fair price"

Pros: its a good Good product in fair price, i would recommend others to use it.

Cons: overall its good but can perform little faster.

"Overall PARTH is very gud product for me & others call center owners."

Overall: PARTH is a very usefull for any owner because owner need whole day activity report , they need security also for all incoming & outgoing numbers , they need timely resolutions to our customer.

Pros: Reporting features are very important in PARTH, PARTH dasboard is very userly friendly . Integration with other CRM is also easy.

Cons: I think all call center features is available in PARTH.

"Excellent software for use "

Pros: Autonomy appliance and specific connection control. Great customer service

Cons: High price for complete software so specific connections only for US, if you work other countries not recommended

"Parth UCS - A User Friendly Solution"

Overall: Parth is a very user friendly and a reasonably priced solution that fulfills all the requirements required by an organization.

Pros: IVR, Report and Call Monitoring Features

Cons: Set up and installation time is a bit longer due to proper installation with complete satisfaction.

"Overall Experience is good..And very portable to use"

Overall: Huge Number of calls can be handled Various types of recordings can be maintained Different Functions are there which are having individual benefits

Pros: very compatible to use...Lots of options with an advanced features.... Reliable to use... This technology comprises of Plug n Play options and can be easily handled..One dedicated Server can stimulates all necessary details and have wide of Options that can chosen by consumers as per their actual needs

Cons: This technology should run on Windows as well and some customization options should be provided internally that can be handled and maintained through client itself
