Sometimes when you are with back to back the lag make a little noise, but besides this It is an excelent software.
It is difficult to work out the least but I would suggest to do AMC charges a little bit lower side.

Pros: Reporting features are very important in PARTH, PARTH dasboard is very userly friendly . Integration with other CRM is also easy.
Cons: I think all call center features is available in PARTH.
