Pros: very compatible to use...Lots of options with an advanced features....

This technology comprises of Plug n Play options and can be easily handled..One dedicated Server can stimulates all necessary details and have wide of Options that can chosen by consumers as per their actual needs
Cons: This technology should run on Windows as well and some customization options should be provided internally that can be handled and maintained through client itself
Overall: Huge Number of calls can be handled
Various types of recordings can be maintained
Different Functions are there which are having individual benefits
Our experience was great and we would like to work further with them for our future requirements
Pros: We like most is the simplified procedure of adopting this software as it is without any hassels and hurdles. It was delivered well before time and that too in acceptable and ready to use condition. We need not to wait or make certain changes after its delivery as it was well prepared and as per our recommendation. It helps us a lot in our day to day working and running smoothly from Day 1 . It is worth to use this software.
Cons: It is difficult to work out the least but I would suggest to do AMC charges a little bit lower side.

Pros: Error Free , Ready to use , Easy to customize .
We manage our ticketing for customer support through Parth & it server the purpose without any issues. It is better to monitor the tickets
Cons: Nothing as of now , system work fine.
we hardly get any issue , some time if there is support required Aria Team is there always
Overall: Software is stable , user friendly , bug free , easy to configure & use

Great experience with it, many of clients & channel partners are satisfied by using it.
Pros: Graphical user interface are easy to use, product is implemented in a perfect manner.you can find out the things easily.
Cons: Always welcoming for the reviews of customer that might be helps us to do modifications in product or could launch upgraded versions.

Pros: It has a lot of functions, you can store all the clients in the system, track them, and when you are making a call the Interface It is easy to use. I love It!
Cons: Sometimes when you are with back to back the lag make a little noise, but besides this It is an excelent software.
Overall: Easy to keep information of clients and tracking them.

Pros: Easiest way for me to manage my blogs subscriber base and email campaigns. Easy to manage sales through PARTH as well.
Cons: Sometimes I had issues with certain emails, getting bouncebacks when I know them to be valid addresses.
Pros: Software is easy to install & very stable. It is very easy to understand use. There are almost 100 complaints we receive on dally bases & distribute to concerned departments. There are escalation system also. The complete process is been driven automatically.
Cons: Frankly speaking such a systematic software for such a automated process should be priced little higher.
Overall: Aria PARTH UCS is one of the best solution in the industry . It is easy to use & install. we were looking for a help line for the residents to register complaints for common issues . We got the Parth UCS installed with IVR , it is working perfectly well.
Recommendations to other buyers: Aria must have good presentation to spread the awareness of such a good software
