We've managed to migrate a lot of old forms and systems into Create with very few setbacks along the way. The functionality available has enabled digital transformation for the customer journey and delivered process efficiencies for most services across the council in a relatively short space of time. Pros There are very few limitations to Liberty Create, it seems to be able to accommodate most of the things we’ve thrown at it. Anything is possible, it is just a case of finding out which is the best way to design it. Our services are impressed at the speed with which we can implement change to their processes using Create, and the speed at which we can tweak things if needed. The Netcall support team are great, extremely knowledgeable and quick to respond to any issues. We have mentoring sessions when we need it, which is very helpful to fill in gaps in our knowledge. The learning resources and support are easy to access. Cons There are a few elements that are set in stone because of the way certain settings are configured, and it is not easy to know how/where to change these. It can feel a bit overwhelming once you’ve finished training and then you’re on your own, so to speak, but we’ve found that this is when to use regular Netcall mentoring sessions to support staff that are new to Create. We have a strong emphasis on delivering bespoke systems that reflect our branding guidelines and provide a seamless, efficient experience for our customers. The Liberty Create platform supports us in achieving this, offering the flexibility and functionality needed for us to meet these standards of service design. Pros The Liberty Create software has transformed the way we develop and deploy applications. The intuitive tools for building forms, search pages and user interfaces and the ability to build prototypes quickly enables us to launch systems and processes in an iterative way. Pros Having used a few low code solutions, Liberty Create has the most features, and is the easiest to use. The code studio and themepacks make it as flexible as any other software platform. We can make applications 10 times quicker than regular coding. Cons There are no drawbacks to using Liberty Create once you have the skills to use th code studio to fill any gaps in out of the box features. Pros Using its drag-and-drop interface, Liberty Create provides all the components needed to build, deploy and improve business applications, without coding. As a Low-code platform, it’s enabled Scottish Forestry to drive digital transformation faster, better and more collaboratively. It didn't take long before we realised how much more potential Liberty Create offered us, and others in our business. The customer service we have received has been second to none, the Netcall team always listen to your concerns, and work with you to achieve your desired outcomes. I've always recommended the product to anyone who requires support in developing their processes, and exploring the world of automation. Pros How easy the product is to adjust for users means that your not waiting for long times to get the changes you need that impact those actually doing the work. No major previous knowledge required, it's a product that can be picked up by anyone who enjoys working in a logical way. Cons It's very difficult to say what I least like about the software. I say this because anytime I raised a concern or wishlist item, it was taken and considered by the Netcall team. I am always kept up to date through the fantastic Netcall community. We using Liberty Create to create full end to end systems; from a web form/contact centre interaction to a back end enterprise app with integration to our other systems and outcomes delivered to the customer. Pros The Liberty Create team have worked magic to create a platform that is simple to use and apparently limitless in what it can deliver. It runs in the cloud is secure and very fast. Our builders and users can work from anywhere which also means we can build side by side with our customer business team where we often find it is easier to build an on the fly prototype with them and gauge feedback. The Build Studio is well thought out and we have a member of the team from a BA background that starts every second sentence with 'I'm not technical', yet they have built huge chunks of production systems. I've used a few low-code platforms and this is the first that has nailed both the enterprise app interface and the pixel perfect front end website. Cons I struggle to find anything to criticise. The only point I would raise is we can't currently use our own domain name. Although I understand this is on the product road-map and may have been delivered already, I'll need to check.
