And now we cannot access anything. Pros So far we cannot even use it. It’s been very slow trying to get integrated. When they started it was great, but then nothing happened. It looks like it will be great, but at this point, we have nothing but a paid in full bill. Cons They keep canceling and changing our times to meet and get trained. Currently I cannot even access my information so I’m not sure what I’m paying for at this point. We are using this for HR/Onboarding purposes. It's more economical than our last program, better for smaller businesses. Pros Everyone is very nice and polite and willing to help when you reach out for assistance. Once you learn the program it's very useful. Cons It does take a little bit for them to get back to you, so if you need something right away, you'll have to try to figure it out. Also, the program is a little above entry level. I found that if you didn't already have experience in a similar program, this will be difficult to use. Several complaints that it can't be accessed by mobile devices. Pros How easy it is to prepare documents for signatures, modify them and send them out for signatures. I love the personization. Friendly staff. Pros Before I was even trained in the software, because I purchased it on a holiday- I was able to perform everything I needed a couple of times. Cons I genuinely don't have any complaints, especially for the price- I shopped multiple companies and their price is reasonable and the servies exceeded my needs.
