So far, I like it. We are using this for HR/Onboarding purposes. It's more economical than our last program, better for smaller businesses.

Pros

Everyone is very nice and polite and willing to help when you reach out for assistance. Once you learn the program it's very useful.

Cons

It does take a little bit for them to get back to you, so if you need something right away, you'll have to try to figure it out. Also, the program is a little above entry level. I found that if you didn't already have experience in a similar program, this will be difficult to use. Several complaints that it can't be accessed by mobile devices.

Great so far it's perfect for our office, and excatly what an office opur size needed without ridiculous pricing like the others

The ease of using it and also the pricing. Its the perfect product for and office our size. We searched everywhere for a new esign option

Cons

Unless we are missing it I do not see an option to send a message with the document we are sending. Chances are I am missing it, but if I am not I would love the option to be able to send a message with the documets

Happy to have this as a time saver for our business. Grateful to be hipaa compliant and get away from paper.

Pros

excellent support as I was setting up the work flows. I love that we can do conditional formatting so only the documents needed are signed. No more auditing for having the right forms. Love this service for our business.

Cons

It was a bit of a learning curve setting up workflows. Big undertaking but worth it to keep expenses down.

We use it for contracts, quotes, NDA's and W9 documents. The ability to setup templates and form fields really saves me time.

Pros

Easy to use and understand. The signing order and roles make it easy to have multiple signatures and fields. Price was very competitive!

Cons

So far nothing. The product works as described. There is a workflow feature that we do not use and I wish we could hide the option to make it even easier.

Excellent. I am very happy I decided to go with Docubee for my documents and signatures. I have had a smooth and pleasant experience so far.

Pros

How easy it is to prepare documents for signatures, modify them and send them out for signatures. I like the fast delivery or the documents and that I am able to track the process until ai get them back.

Cons

So far Docubee has met and exceeded my expectations. Right now and for my purposes there is nothing I don't like about it.

Very positive! The support staff has been wonderful and helpful! This has been a wonderful addition to our onboarding process, simplifying the new hire process. The amount of time saved and the document repository has been an awesome asset to be able to store documents and keep them on file. This tool can do so much more than just sign simple documents

Pros

It is very easy to use, and the workflows really help save time and effort. The support staff is available to help with any issues that you have and can help with creative solutions

Cons

Pricing for some of the extra features might be a little high, but it does beat out the competition when it comes to pricing and support!

DocuBee has been very reliable for our business. It is utuilized daily by a variety of team members of a variety of ages and being a user friendly and reliable platform allows us to function properly and efficiently.

Cons

I personally feel as DocuBee could elevate their service by providing a kiosk style service platform for businesses.

It's an easy company to work with, responsive and easy to use. I love the personization. Friendly staff.

Pros

Before I was even trained in the software, because I purchased it on a holiday- I was able to perform everything I needed a couple of times. Once trained I learned a few more things that I will need down the road.

Cons

I genuinely don't have any complaints, especially for the price- I shopped multiple companies and their price is reasonable and the servies exceeded my needs.

The only thing I would say I like least is when the document comes back to me signed I am not receiving notification of it unless I go and look in the file.

Using it to sign all documents with clients and staff and it's been great going so far. No complaints from my side or from the signees, it's all working as it should.

Pros

It's easy to get documents signed. Auto recognises fields in the PDFs and you can set a signing order for people to sign the document after each other. They can view and sign from their mobile as well.

Cons

It's sometimes a bit inconvenient to start over when you realise a mistake in the document when preparing to sign as you have to reupload the document and enter the contact details again.

ease of use, consistency in products, able to save templates for future use

Cons

in my version, I am unable to change some fields (names) and save that for future use; also I need an administrator to re-send a Document for signature if not approved in timely manner

Just got an email that they merged with some other company which must be why they canceled our training call 3 mins prior. And now we cannot access anything.

Pros

So far we cannot even use it. It’s been very slow trying to get integrated. When they started it was great, but then nothing happened. It looks like it will be great, but at this point, we have nothing but a paid in full bill.

Cons

They keep canceling and changing our times to meet and get trained. Currently I cannot even access my information so I’m not sure what I’m paying for at this point.

My experience with OnTask has been effective and efficient. I work directly with the contracts and our department manages OnTask. Every time we have used OnTask for contract signatures, we have no issues.

Pros

Our Customer Representative was amazing. Great communication every step of the way. Never a delay in response, always on top of every step. Willing to email, call, or Zoom.

Cons

I do not have a negative regarding OnTask. When I took over the contract management, I reached out to the IT staff that work within OnTask. They had questions. When I met with \[sensitive content hidden\] our rep, she was glad to have them included. They had several questions and all were answered in a timely manner and resolved. Great Job.

Pros

During the pandemic, this system kept our operations running and made the remote signature process fairly easy from the get go.

Cons

I would like to be able to "align" fields in documents so that the final document appears more professional - especially when sending to 3rd party contractors and partners. And the darn "continue" button that is to the far bottom right side is difficult for users to find. They want to scroll within the document and not the screen to find the "continue" button.

Since most of our SMERF clients don't have access to office equipment, OnTask is used predominantly to assist clients with signing contracts over their phone or tablet.It's been a great tool for getting quick turnaround on bookings that we would otherwise struggle to contract with.

Pros

OnTask has made signing contracts so much more accessible for SMERF clients, who often don't have a home printer, scanner, etc. to sign contracts.I expected this to be difficult for older clients who are not tech-proficient, but the required signature areas and easy "click-and-go" features make this accessible for all of our clients.

Cons

I wish that I could merge a workflow document with additional pages and/or quick-sign documents.Our contracts are partially customized to the client, but there are several consistent contract pages that we have to manually add signatures, text boxes, and radio groups to since the automatic function also doesn't work.

### "On Task is No Task!"

Great experience from On Task! Needed signatures for insurance contracts are easily sent our for signatures and returned signed in minutes. For many clients this saves time, money and gas! More importantly it frees up time for our office to make more sales.

Pros

Sending out contracts for signature is fast and easy. Having the typewriter icon for optional fonts is very helpful.

Cons

I would like to learn more about the features available with "On Task" but don't know where to get training videos for the other features.

### "Easy document workflow process"

This service is allowing our business to take paper workflows (in our case, HR documents) that we were hindered from filling out due to the COVID19 related work from home transition. We're now able to quickly and efficiently provide processing of these critical documents.

Pros

The best part of OnTask is the ability to pre-define workflow steps and allow us to control which fields each user has the ability to fill out, and provide them an easy interface to interact with. This allowed us to easily provide a quick way to get important documents filled and signed with digital method to make our workflows quicker and simpler.

Cons

There are some aspects that are still up-and-coming. There is not a decline detail function, meaning that if a user declines, they are unable to provide a reason that goes back to the previous person. We also had to have OnTask custom build us a script to send the document back to a specific person and clear the fields. Otherwise, the decline causes the user to have to start the workflow from the beginning.

While some other products/services offered aspects of the functions we were looking for, they were either lacking some features we needed or the feature-set we required was simply a small piece of a service that costs a great deal. Pros

Customer service is very good. The platform seems to be great and user friendly once you learn how to utilize the features. I like that borrowers can sign documents from mobile devices such as an ipad or phone.

Cons

I have had problems setting up templates.
