We are sending sms triggered by different sensors mainly as alarm function

Pros

The variaty in APIs allowing the integration with multiple programming languages the competent service

Cons

in the beginning it was a bit challenging to fully understand and implement the API into our software

Ease of use once numbers are in, automation and the customer service

Cons

Can’t handle international numbers well, breaks when not loading in correct format, needs same stability as Facebook look a like audience number recognition

Ease of use when setting up a number. One feature that seemed very interesting was the SMS to email for inbound messages.

Probably the pricing twisted to the country I live in.
