Pros

I could easily send SMS message to recipients without any issues. If I have any requests, with a few clicks, I can easily send a message out quickly.

Cons

Thus far, I have not come across any significant issues using MessageBird and highly recommend it to others.

Cons

Le process d'intégration et le service client est à revoir. Nous avons perdu du temps à essayer de les contacter pour un problème d'envoi sms qui au final a été réglé très rapidement une fois pris en main par leur service

Great peace of kit havent has any problems with the service. Pricing means it is relatively cheap per SMS. Good customer service.

Cons

Sometimes we have undelivered messages plus sending bulk messages can have some issues, but overall its a great servce.
