Edrone has undergone major modifications over the past few years, creating many new and practical functionalities. I believe that the price-quality ratio of the tool is excellent and the very high level of support deserves attention. Edrone is able to realistically increase conversion and thus generate more sales. I recommend it for small and medium-sized online stores!

Pros

Great onboarding in the field of tool implementation and its operation. Several packages depending on your needs. A number of the most important functionalities that increase sales (marketing automation, abandoned carts, cross-selling and up-selling, product recommendations, newsletters with personalized content, popups...).

Cons

Limited segmentation possibilities within the proposed activities. Fewer possibilities than competing tools. Nevertheless, it is perfectly suitable for small and medium-sized online stores.

Edrone is a very good software which give us many possibilities to get to customers. It is very easy to use so you don't spend hours to set some scenarios.

Pros

\-very easy implementation -intuitive panel -many ways to get to customer (email, SMS, Whats'up, webpush...) -possibility to send some discount coupons for abandoned carts -free trial version -great customer service

Cons

Very good software for not such big money - no cons for now.

The huge advantage is the ease of integration. The tool is also easy to use, and the panel is very intuitive. Edrone has a very committed and helpful customer service department - with such support you can always count on help at the highest level.

Pros

Deep analytics, ready to use tool and marketing automation scenarios, valuable and advanced reports with a comprehensive view of the store’s vital metrics, variety of solutions and constant development of the system.

Cons

We have no objections about the software.

É uma ferramenta que consegue levantar bem o canal de email e de fácil instalação.

Cons

Ferramenta conta com erros que atrapalham uma utilização sem interrupções, faltam funcionalidades que podemos ter em outras ferramentas e a falta de data limite para solicitações feitas ao TI

Pros

Edrone is very well designed tool. It's easy to use and gives very good results. I like working on their panel and it motivate me to manage all the functionalitises they provide.

Cons

Stuff to improve: not much. I will not complain, results are very good.

I treat edron like a normal company employee. However, I have more confidence in him. He does not get sick, he works 24 hours and he fulfills all my requests. In addition, he can take care of those clients that I would never reach. He understands their needs and automatically provides them with what they are looking for.

Pros

Easy to use. Simple to manage. Nice outlook.

Cons

No big complaining. Really it is a very good software :)

Simplicity. It makes it easier to immerse in the world of marketing automation. Newsletter editor is really user friendly( esp. copy/paste feature) Great customer support

Cons

No possibility to display people who unsubscribed No possibility to send newsletter to people based on their previous campaign activity. Thus you cannot send again a newsletter only to people who haven't opened the newsletter the first time
