The cost is not that high for being able to manage multiple feeds for multiple clients. Even with the recent $20 price increase. Pros I manage about 15 ecommerce store's Google shopping feeds in DataFeedWatch. It's really an awesome product for agencies and ads managers with multiple accounts. I like that I can login and work on numerous accounts all at once. Cons It's a little hard to do things with Regex on occassion when Regex is called for. They should make a little "Regex" library so I can find examples of common Regex code that is typically used in changing data feeds. I chose DataFeedWatch because I had already received quite a bit of support from DFW while setting up a few accounts and I simply decided to stick with DFW, rather than moving to another tool that is similar in price and functionality. And he just kept being short with me, telling me to wait and wait over and over again. Waited 2hrs on support and still nothing. Ended up being ghosted even though it showed he was online. Just expected more from an app that plays such a vital role in the e-commerce space. Been using datafeedwatch for a few years now for multiple projects. Sad to see they're support continue to fall year over year. March 19, 2024 5.0 Besides all the great functionalities and easy-to-implement rules for feed optimization, it seems like a big family is managing it. From all the touchpoints we had, sales and non-sales ones. The impressive speed in answering and solving issues is nowhere else in the market. Some of our clients use Channable and I must say that Datafeedwatch support is another planet. All the \[sensitive content hidden\], \[sensitive content hidden\], \[sensitive content hidden\], \[sensitive content hidden\], \[sensitive content hidden\], and \[sensitive content hidden\] are always ( and I mean it ) committed to our satisfaction. We could not ask for a better Feed management Partner at all. You are the Best! Pros I believe there is no such tool on the market that satisfies our needs besides DFW. We have multiple clients on other feed management tools, but no one seems to be at this level regarding the possibilities given by the mapping part. Support like this is a game-changing plus that only a few can claim to have. Cons The only thing we don't like is when one of our clients is using Channable. But even in such occasions, support is always able to facilitate the migration. Preview in mapping is not that great in Channable and also previewing the all feed in Channable seems odd and not clear. We've moved from an internally built platform that required constant maintenance that proved to be unfeasible when compared to an external SaaS product. DFW provided everything we used already with an abundance of extra features. Pros Using internal fields for all optimisations or to clean an attribute and then using the combine function to bridge together product titles & descriptions to conform with best practice.The ability to use regex to get rid of code and other unwanted characters that often appears in client feeds or even to reformat text to a greater quality.The extract feature turns multiple rules into simple Google Sheet based solutions. Looking to update loads of sizes using a multitude of 'if title contains x, set to x'? Extract allows you to just post the variants on each row and overtakes the need for multiple rules. Incredibly efficient.Lastly, the Price Watch feature is one of the most powerful pieces tools I've seen in advertising software and has the potential to be incredible. Cons There is a pretty hefty learning curve for this product but once you get there you're good to go. Be prepared to invest a few hours into understanding the digital architecture and how optimising internal fields affects channel field optimisations or the differences in mapping/edit types. The copy channel function really speeds up the process launching say a new Google Shopping country and making the edits needed for that region. I highly recommend the software backed up by a knowledgeable support team. Pros Ability to segment a feed using IF filters making unique feeds as needed for each Google Shopping country. If you are running a larger team with multiple stores you can add each shop with its own feeds so they are easy to manage and organise instead of lists of feeds to scroll through. Support has been fantastic at helping set-up feeds instead of pushing a sale for them to set them up instead. Cons I haven't come across any limitations, but I wish the Google Shopping categories were a bit easier to set-up when mapping in foreign languages. Not being multilingual makes it a time consuming task. Reason for choosing DataFeedWatch Price was a factor but there were hiccups with them not integrating with Bigcommerce smoothly I was seeing from other merchants.
