The product is great and the support is tremendous. We have been able to scale our product feed ads 100x thanks to DataFeedWatch. Pros How easy it is to manage feeds and publish complex rules with their easy formula generator. Can include and exclude products based on specific requirements and combinations. The customer support is second to none. They go above and beyond to assist you with your problems and even perform feed management to help you troubleshoot an issue. Cons Integration with custom ecommerce websites can be smoother/easier. It is very easy to connect established ecommerce merchants like Shopify to the platform, but it would be great if it can be more integratabtle with custom websites. Review Source CH Christine H. Customer Support reps are always available via chat and are extremely kind and helpful. Pros Very intuitive and easy to use backed by amazing support personnel. Create any feed in any form you can imagine. Extremely powerful in what it can do and achieve. Cons We can't use date fields from our source file to filter to create rules based on specific date attributes. However we have been advised that this will be implemented soon. Pros \* The possibility to merge inputfeeds \* Frequency of input- / outputfeed generation \* Predefined channels (outputfeeds) \* Great, pragmatic and fast support Cons \* Preview options before saving an outputfeed, but Datafeedwatch is working on this. I have used lots of providers in the past and this is definitely the best as there are no missing functions which allows you to run a successful feed. Pros The software is easy to use and you can change any aspect of a feed. You can easily manage multiple feeds at a time and apply quick fixes that can be applied at a large scale. There is also always someone available on the chat if you are unsure of what to do which is very helpful. Cons I asked if a feature was available and it wasn't, but it is now! July 9, 2019 5.0 Pros The customer service of DataFeedWatch is incredible. They are super helpful and friendly. There is a Livechat in their website and they responded to my questions immediately and efficiently. They also followed up to ensure the problems were solved. Cons The software is very user-friendly and simple. One thing that I don't like much is the product categorization section because it usually took me the longest time to setup and seems sometimes cannot copy to another channels so may need to do it again. Categorization is a bottleneck and a hassle for all merchants no matter how you look at it. We've spent a lot of time trying to come up with a system that speeds it up and allows mapping several hundreds of products in less than one hour. It was pretty overwhelming at first but now I love to use it. Pros I gives me a great flexibility and chance for experimentation without need of new development. Cons The threshold point for it is high, meaning you need to spend couple of days figuring out how to use it but it's not that hard. The product solves a big complex problem so the software solution is not very easy to use. I've had some bugs when during processing the feed. It was stuck on the same stage for couple of minutes. I've contacted the support - they fixed it super fast. I would love to see more video tutorials. I would love to see more example of more complex rules. When we got an error from Google about one of our products, Datafeed watch's support was able to help me resolves it in less than 10 mins.
