The product is great and the support is tremendous. We have been able to scale our product feed ads 100x thanks to DataFeedWatch. Pros How easy it is to manage feeds and publish complex rules with their easy formula generator. Can include and exclude products based on specific requirements and combinations. The customer support is second to none. They go above and beyond to assist you with your problems and even perform feed management to help you troubleshoot an issue. Cons Integration with custom ecommerce websites can be smoother/easier. Create any feed in any form you can imagine. Extremely powerful in what it can do and achieve. Cons We can't use date fields from our source file to filter to create rules based on specific date attributes. However we have been advised that this will be implemented soon. I have used lots of providers in the past and this is definitely the best as there are no missing functions which allows you to run a successful feed. Pros The software is easy to use and you can change any aspect of a feed. You can easily manage multiple feeds at a time and apply quick fixes that can be applied at a large scale. There is also always someone available on the chat if you are unsure of what to do which is very helpful. Cons I asked if a feature was available and it wasn't, but it is now! July 9, 2019 5.0 Pros The customer service of DataFeedWatch is incredible. They are super helpful and friendly. There is a Livechat in their website and they responded to my questions immediately and efficiently. They also followed up to ensure the problems were solved. Cons The software is very user-friendly and simple. One thing that I don't like much is the product categorization section because it usually took me the longest time to setup and seems sometimes cannot copy to another channels so may need to do it again. Categorization is a bottleneck and a hassle for all merchants no matter how you look at it. We've spent a lot of time trying to come up with a system that speeds it up and allows mapping several hundreds of products in less than one hour.
