Pros We use a custom .Net website. That means it doesn't have any built-in ability to make data feeds. Using DataFeedWatch we were able to make and automatically send a feed to Google Merchant pretty quickly and easily. Cons The chat feature on the site isn't useful - no one is ever on it. Using this software eliminates a lot of dev work as I can utilise one large feed file from my CMS, and customize multiple feed files from this. Pros Ease at which you can create feed files specific to multiple platforms. Cons I don't really have any negatives, I have been able to work around any roadblocks either through your support documentation or contact methods. I don't use your campaign creation tools as I prefer to have control over this, I think the feed file creation is a strong point. Reason for choosing DataFeedWatch Datafeedwatch allows me to learn and use the platform how I please, Feedonomics were looking to lock into a managed program from memory which gave me less control. It's easier to use than any others I've tried, and their support team is fantastic. Pros I've tried about 5-6 different data feed management software options and DataFeedWatch is the most streamlined, user-friendly, and powerful option. The way the rules are implemented makes this much easier to use than other options I tried. Cons I don't really have complaints. I suppose if you're a beginner to feed management and rules you'll have trouble using this, but that's not the fault of the software. Review Source DF Dave F. May 2, 2017 5.0 see review Pros The software was very intuitive and easy to use. We connected our finicky CMS to Google Merchant Center / AdWords via DataFeedWatch. In the beginning we needed some help and could not have asked for better service. Monica, John and the rest of the crew were always generous with their time and so easy to do business with. Once I had a better handle on the product, optimizing, creating rules and updating the feed was a snap. I only wish more SaaS companies offered the customer service and fair price that we've gotten from DFW. Thanks guys! Cons None. It works great and is an excellent value. Ruling out products that we don't want to advertise on, and subdividing the feed with custom labels etc. as needed. Pros The ability to fine-tine and optimize your feed on a very granular level. Additionally, rules often allow for broader fixes of sub-par feeds. Cons There sometimes seems to be small discrepancies between the preview and the actual feed. However, this only seems to happen in a very small amount of cases/specific situations, so it is a very minor issue. As for the preview: once changes are saved we need to allow a few minutes for the feed to pick up on them. The preview option shows all changes - including unsaved, unlike the output feed - which only contains the latest saved version of the feed. You are able to use their array of features to generate and optimise multiple feeds at once for all your channels - very time saving! Pros DFW is very user friendly and easy to use. Constant customer service support really helps when you have any questions and they are always quick to respond. I've had no problems importing, generating and managing numerous feeds on the platform. Cons Perhaps develop a feature in the 'shop products' tab where you can alter individual product attributes. They make themselves available promptly and spend enough time with you to really assist you with the issues at hand. Where you get quick answers just to get you off the phone with some companies, these guys really take the time to make sure your needs are met and that the software is set up and working correctly to execute your goals. They spend time explaining things in detail and answering whatever questions you might have. We are still in the set up phase, but we're excited to continue working with Data Feed Watch. Pros I am just getting started with the software but thus far it seems easy to operate and very powerful for managing the feed data. Cons As with any software, there is a learning curve. Amazon feeds It simple covers almost all use-cases and is super helpful for all merchants with a 1k+ catalog.
